“Update 4/29/24: Stayed here again for the weekend for my sister’s wedding, along with 30+ other people. Once again can back my original review with the fact that this place is where you want to stay if you’re in Chicago. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. I also want to personally thank “Janete Lopez” she was very helpful in helping me book my first group rate hotel booking. I wish I can give this place 10 stars. EVERY staff member was truly amazing and deserved to be recognized . I hope management sees this and really rewards them for their hard work!Didn’t even check out before writing thisreview! This was an amazing hotel, very clean, spacious and the staff is Oh so friendly! It’s a great location just about a half hour from downtown. The breakfast is amazing and they do a great job of making sure the dining/breakfast area stays clean. I will definitely be back here in April with my party of 50+. Definitely recommend!”

“My room was definitely outdated but it was at least clean. I don't imagine the other rooms would look much different. The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the robes also weren't comfortable. Mine was a bit small on me but I really can't hold that against them since I'm a bigger dude. This is my first time at a hotel like this so overall it was a big of an odd experience for me but it wasn't bad. I do want to come back eventually”

“Pros of this place: It's clean, quiet, and has friendly service. Con: The floor in our room was so uneven that it very noticeably sloped downhill as we walked across the room...to the point where even when laying down on the bed, you could feel the slope of the mattress, which caused the foot of the bed to be slightly but noticeably higher up than the head. Same with the desk. It did not sit level, so if you put something like a pen on it, it would roll down. There are WAY bigger problems that can be found in a hotel than this. I've traveled enough, I know. The weird flooring is minor, but worth noting. Otherwise, our room was clean, and staff were friendly. I recommend this place.Rooms: Very clean. As noted in my main review, the flor in our room was extremely sloped, which was weird, but minor.Food & drinks: This hotel has two restaurants. One is a fancy Italian one, and the other is more of a seafood bar and grill. We went to the seafood one, (Poor Phil's) and liked it.”

“I have stood at this hotel a lot , they have 4 hour special if you want to just chill for a few . The price is not bad for over night. The area is safe don't have too worry about something bad happening. I also live in the area as a kid . “This is me and my husband's second time. We just celebrated our 5th year anniversary on the 20th. When we got there there was two guys working they were very welcoming and explained everything into detail. They upgraded us and I'm very grateful for that. “My girlfriend went to chicago for a music festival, she booked over here because she thought it would be nice. Completely opposite, rooms were terrible needs to be renovated, the bed she was sleeping had bed bugs gross! Finally when she came back from the festival, the sheets nor bed were change and when she reported it to the front office pretty bad service. No follow up with new sheets at all. I recommend that you should not book here.”
“Pleasantly surprised. Staff is very quick and efficient and clearly seem to know what they're doing. Room service is excellent. There is also a restaurant on the main lobby floor along with some roulette and other gambling machines to play with. Location isn't the best because there are not a lot of things nearby. However, it is within 10 minutes of Midway airport. If you book through third party agencies, you can get a pretty good deal staying here.”

“Front desk woman was fantastic. Room was literally humongous, largest non-Suite room ever. The other issue is the TV wasn't big so can't be on bed and watch TV, and the seats are not so convenient. Pool was closed, so that was a downer. The in house restaurant turns out is closed permanently, so that wasn't great either. Rooms are quite close to parking, so everyone had to get up when someone's alarm went off for a while, but doubtful I would hear someone from the room next door.”

“Surprisingly clean motel! Knocked a star off because the shower head has a black button that needs to be pressed the entire duration of the shower for the water to come out properly, also because the shower drain kept closing by itself and I had to keep it open with my foot the whole time.”

“It’s really not bad, the only Bad things is their is no pool their is no Gym but your told you can use the ones in Hilton , though that Hilton Inn is rude to their Spark guest neighbors. The Breakfast is just a bagel bar with juice and cereal. The concessions are really good probably the best buyables i’ve seen in a hotel”

“This deserves a higher rating. It is a all around great hotel! I recommend staying if you have a choice. It's worth paying a little extra compared to those other cheaper hotels. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Best Western has clean rooms with all you need. Soap, shampoo and a big screen TV. Plus they serve a delicious Continental breakfast. They have WiFi and room service. What more do you want? ?”
