“in the several years I've been staying, I'm starting to see some decline. They could possibly use some upgrading but the things they have right is location, some staff are really top notch and their restaurant is not bad at all for breakfast. Overall it is a pleasant place. However seeing stained pillowcases when you first get into the bed is NOT acceptable. Cleaning staff needs to catch these things its just gross.Rooms: Quality check on cleanliness needs to reviewed stained sheets is the last thing a traveler expects to see, especially on a pillow case. Yuck”

“It is located just near OHare airport, however I would recommend to book an uber to reach here as public transport is less frequent.The rooms are decent enough for the price they are charging. They won't be providing any toiletries except a cheap soap. Make sure you carry your bodywash and shampoo. They do provide napkins and towels though.The hotel is away from downtown, but if you are looking for a quite and affordable place then this is it.They have a vending machine which has shampoo and conditioner each for 3 dollars plus some snacks.They also have a soda machine (its not free).Additionally, a microwave in the lobby area.Overall a pretty good experience for the price they charge.Noteworthy details: No toiletries provided”

“Like many people leaving reviews, we booked out of necessity due to a canceled flight. We had just finished a 10 hour flight with a toddler and this hotel provided some much need refuge after the longest travel day ever. It was very clean and the breakfast was pretty impressive. The thing I appreciated most was that the staff was so quick about checking in. No unnecessary questions, just the room keys so we could rest. Not to mention a shuttle to and from the airport! I feel very lucky that we wound up here that night.”
“Beware the pool is not a relaxing place for adults or parents who have well behaved kids. We bought an expensive day pass only to be bombarded by a group of boys (likely a bday party) who were whipping ppl with pool noodles and throwing nerf balls all over the place. I was lucky enough to get pelted in the face by a wet nerf ball while sitting in the hot tub and ended up with a migraine and a black eye. No parents in sight to control these kids. Meanwhile, my poor girls couldn't even swim because the pool was overtaken by these unsupervised boys.Hyatt, get it together and have an employee supervise what's happening in your pool. It's out of control. Wish I could get my money back.”
“It was "Okay". Picture frame broken, stained curtain, but overall clean for the most part. Would stay here again if needed.Stayed here for a show at Fitzgerald's in Berwyn. About a 30 min drive away, but found this location worked best for us coming from Michigan.”

“Great place for a mini-reunion with a cousin. Central location, close to restaurants, very large, clean, comfortable room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast - everything fresh and a really nice variety. Also a great place if you're traveling with a dog. There is a lot of grass surrounding the property, which often isn't true with hotels that say they are pet-friendly. There is also a nice park right across the street as well. Very pleased with our visit.”
“Recently booked a Remembrance event at this hotel. Included an “effortless” lunch and that describes the entire experience. Katie Fox (Sales and Catering) was outstanding, personable, supportive, clearly explained options and pricing and was on site during the event. All staff were cordial, responsive and accommodated last minute changes. Great food catered and nicely presented by hotel restaurant, La Notte. Many compliments from guests. A lovely venue, conveniently located with vintage charm. Highly recommend.”

“I had a cruise and flew out of O'Hare and used the airport parking option at the Hyatt Regency.The staff are always so awesome when you have questions or concerns which helps if something does come up. Usually you speak with an agent from the parking lot company but they include the hotel's' number and they will do anything they can do.It is so easy to get to and the best thing is the hotel shuttle runs 24 hours!!! Many places have reduced hoursWould definitely recommend if you are driving to O'Hare”

“We had room with 2 queen size beds. Nice location 25 min from the airport.Flesh white towels, soap and shampoo, napkins were available. In the bathroom we had a hairdryer.Room was with carpet. TV, microwave, coffee mashine and small fridge.There no available spot to keep documents, but you can keep it in the reception.Lot of the parking spots.The location is super comfortable 5 min away by car from Walmart, target. 5 min from the pharmacy "Walgreens".Calm place not far from the police station.Continental breakfast available. There is a sidewalk so you can walk a little if needed.Super nice and clean lobby. You can print needed document in the lobby.Check in at 3pm. Check out at 12.00 pm.”

“We had a king room. No issue with the main room. The bathroom was cramped. The vanity was much too small for our two toiletry items. The toilet location was cramped. When opening the hinged shower door, water from the door dripped quite a bit on the floor and towel mat.Other than that our stay was wonderful. As an Army veteran I received a very nice rate reduction. Thank you Hyatt.All services in the main entry area of the hotel were top notch! The complementary breakfast was delicious. Christina made us a delicious custom ingredient omelet. She was so accommodating and sweet. In the kitchen she makes all of the other delicious selections. The bar and the several food items they serve are very good. The seating is plentiful.”

“I have traveled to many hotels but this was really nice. The food was good, service was great and I sleep good.Rooms: I really like the sink, refrigerator, and microwave set up. The bathroom has a double door. One to the bedroom and one to the living room. There was a balcony with a huge TV, couch and chairs.Nearby activities: OakBrook Mall is near and there are multiple things straight down one street for about 10 blocks. “It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. Front desk person was very nice and friendly. Atmosphere was nice. My room had a giant cobweb which made it seem like housekeeping doesn't "deep deep" clean. The connection for the tv kept going out so it was annoying trying to watch shows. Unfortunately other guests kept going out in the hallway to talk on the phone and they were extremely noisy. Other than that it was alright of a stay.”

“Was EXACTLY what I needed after a long night out. The bed was very comfy and inviting. The shower and water was SUPER hot which I loved, and overall, everything was pretty clean! My small gripe was the small bundle of baby ants that lingered right by where the fridge was, but other than that? I'll make that a place to stay for sure in the future.Rooms: Nicer looking than I expected!”
