We realized we didn’t have enough space to store our things and had to get a second unit. Vanessa was SO KIND! I’m talking about super memorable customer service that was over the top great. She helped us navigate a stressful situation with understanding, patience, and a double dose of customer care. I wasn’t even going to write an extended review…. But she was so helpful on this visit. She was far and away the best person to assist us and truly understands customer service. 10/10 experience. Y’all give Vanessa a raise!!”

I can't say enough about the staff at 105th in Chicago without using a barrage of 'P'-words. Both Kashimia and Jacob were VERY positive, personable, professional and most of all, PATIENT. They both went above and beyond to help me properly manage three storage units (over quite some time), and both were especially helpful in transitioning and evacuating my units. With every phone call..., and every visit..., it has been an absolute joy to work with the both of them. {EXCELLENT JOB GUYS~!!}”

“Stopped in a few days ago to talk about my Rent but no one was there at the time and I was about to leave and Tina pulled up. She asked what i needed and if she could help and asked if i could wait until she got inside and apologized for no one here and she really help me out this day and she answered all my questions. It looked like this day was a long day for her even though it was 10:30am, but As we were talking she stated that she is from another district and this will be her last week in the district. I told her I'm coming over to where you are from now on to ask questions and pay if I need too. She is SOOOO FRIENDLY and doesn't mind answering any questions or helping me fix any problems I've been having!!! It will be sad to see her leave!!!!!”
