The Deco has been a wonderful place to live. The management and leasing team are attentive, accessible, and very helpful; they actually care and give it their all. The maintenance staff is amazing, with work orders addressed immediately. The maintenance supervisor is professional, polite, and more than capable, fixing all issues quickly and efficiently in a very timely manner. Residents highly recommend the building, its location, management, concierge, and maintenance.

I love living here, plain and simple. The management and leasing team are just so attentive and accessible- this is a group who actually cares and gives it their all. Works orders are addressed immediately and the bldg. engineers are amazing. I highly recommend.
