“So there's a few things that I need to say about this review.
1. To anyone looking to get a storage unit this place was very well maintained The prices were affordable and the customer service was exceptional.
2. Anna was unreal. She met me at the door. That's what I call customer service. She was super informative and one of the kindest and bubbly customer service agents I have ever dealt with. It made the experience feel more personal as opposed to somebody just trying to sell me on a service.
3. And to the management you better keep a hold of Anna. With customer service skills like that someone's sure to try to snag her up.”
“Rented from them twice, great experience both times!! Pick up is super and drop off is even easier. The prices are super reasonable. Both times the truck was super clean and everything worked, this time my truck even had some recent upgrades like a backup cam. Thank you!!”
“I called the store prepared for a battle in regards to my bill but what I received was a very articulate, professional young lady named Sharneese who explained in detail what happened and a possible solution for the problem. She said that she would have to get in touch with management for approval and would have to call me back once that occurred. I thought to my self… I’ll never hear from her again, she’s just trying to get me off the phone but to my surprise in less than five minutes she called me back saying the issue had been resolved prompting me to write this review. Thank you Sharneese for your professionalism and courtesy.”

“Here, this workshop for me is very special, the people, the man, the owner, very kind, very attentive, and well, I'm going to go. I have been going for many years, and honestly, the man is a very good person. The workers, the few that there are, are very kind and well. Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware. I recommend it to you. Thank you very much.”

“I showed up bright and early to get a hitch installed, which I had reserved online earlier in the week, only to find that the system hadn't taken my reservation. (That's bad on corporate, not this location).
I thought my holiday weekend was ruined without a bike rack hitch, but Veronica very kindly took it upon herself to apologize for the glitch and work her magic to get me taken care of.
The installation only took a couple of hours and everything looks great. Thanks again to Veronica for saving my weekend!”

The young man that took care of me was great, explained the entire process to me, answered my questions, the wait was normal, but of course you can’t please everyone on there timeline.
