Amenities include a weekend DJ in the lounge, creating a nice atmosphere, and a very good on-site restaurant serving delicious food, from a rich American breakfast to an acclaimed chef's burger. The hotel is acknowledged as pricey but provides the expected Four Seasons amenities and service. A minor drawback mentioned is an inconvenient TV remote. The location is not the closest to major attractions, but the hotel is valued for offering larger suites without outrageous pricing. Guests report awesome, inspiring stays and a strong desire to return.

Our stay this weekend was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Can’t wait to come stay again. This is our place in Chicago.

I've been to many hotels downtown and, all things considered, this one is my favorite. The rooms are comfy and well kept, I enjoy the pool and the staff members are truly excellent.
