“I was greeted by Jermaine when I came into The Roosevelt Boulevard store in Chicago. had an idea of what I was looking for. The thing I love about Bobs . You can go in the store and lay down on the mattress and sit in the chairs and see what it feels just right. So I did get the treasure plus full mattress with the power elite full adjustable base. I am absolutely looking forward to this being delivered. I have been looking at this bed and thinking about it for months. The one I picked out online was less money. Only a minimal difference to the one I chose in store . This bed made me feel like a queen floating on a pillow cloud. Thank you Jermaine for sharing your knowledge of all the products available and being patient with me. I found the Aspen charcoal chofa and amelia power lift recliner. I had an amazing experience at Bob’s Discount furniture. It is my third time shopping there. Every piece of furniture that I have purchased, I am 100% satisfied with. The quality and the pricing is great! I always get the white glove delivery and always have had an excellent experience with that as well. Jermaine’s customer Care was impeccable. He.focused on helping me find what I wanted. They have a great variety of styles and variations. I guess I’m a Bob’s Discount Furniture person for life.”
