“I was SO anxious to get an injection in my knee. I’ve suffered from chronic pain and joint issues for years; tears, cracked cartilage, inflammation-the works. The day of my injection, I almost backed out. I was terrified-what if something went wrong ?
Dr. E calmly explained the procedure without judgement and was patient and kind. I felt safe going into my procedure and happy, accomplished and pain free leaving.

“Super friendly staff and clean facility!! I am shocked that they are able to provide free STD testing. I went to another place before here and of course they wanted $328 to get testing which I personally feel should be free for everyone at all times. Really helped me out while in between jobs and waiting for insurance to kick in. I HIGHLY recommend this place to all. Results are sent online so you have something to refer back to whenever you need to. They have multiple convenient locations you can get to via train and bus and just a god send of a business.”

“So, there's a lot to go over here, sit backI did find a few things annoying about this company. The person who set my test up was semi pushy and rude, I found out later all these companies use sales people.I had a Non Invasive which was pricey here, but I found out, it was really worth it. I went in for my labs at a Labcorp, was easy enough and quick. 3 days later I find out there wasn't enough fetus DNA in my sample. The person I spoke to was quick to try and get me rescheduled and on my way. I was definitely feeling a little defeated and started researching this some more.It does happen and I was roughly 8 weeks, so early on it is more common.So I called back to reschedule and their system was down, still feeling a bit on edge about the whole thing I researched some more. I decided to call around and just ask some questions. I called this place not realizing they were a part of the same company I was dealing wit.The person I spoke to explained the whole process and was pretty nice and when I said I was 8 weeks; there it was!He gave me a general low fetus DNA procedure and I still remeber; "If this happens, it doesn't mean anything is wrong with the fetus, you or the pregnancy, we just need to wait a week and recollect your blood."I called back the next day to schedule my recollect, discovering I could go to this location. I went and never brought up I had called before. At my appointment I got the same explanation, the same overall review of testing and I really felt like this person had understanding for ME; I felt 110% better by someone just hearing me and reassuring me.Chase was the person there I dealt with at this location and he was to the point and genuine.I am having a Girl ❤️”

“I walked in yesterday due to having body aces, high heart rate, febrile, and swollen throat. I felt terrible. Right when I walked in the staff was dealing with a different patient who was in front of me, but they were still very respectful to the patient and greeted me very nicely. The front desk was very calm and friendly. I was checked in and put in the schedule, I didn’t wait for long to see the doctor which was amazing because I was a walk in. ALL staff were amazing, polite, and caring. The doctor made jokes to make me laugh, while putting my IV in, I didn’t feel a thing. They gave IV fluids and sent medication to my pharmacy. They also had given me a letter to be excused for work without a problem. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much to each and everyone who attended me yesterday. Highly recommend this clinic for urgent care.”

“My experience at the Advocate Medical Group Immediate Care Sykes site was pleasant and efficient. After checking in and stating the reason for my visit I was seated in the waiting area less than 10 minutes. The nurse informed me that I should have x-rays first then I would be seen by the urgent care doctor. Doctor Desarey Sims reviewed the reason for my visit which was injury to my thumb due to a fall. Dr. Sims was through and caring of my injury advised what to do including follow-up with my primary care doctor and and orthopedic doctor as well. My overall experience was very good.”

The MD that works there with over 20 years experience and Surgeon in his home country gave me 6 stitches.At an urgent care that is very hard to find! Friendly staff, clean facility. Thanks for saving me an ER trip where I would have waited hours!”
“Really don't understand the hate for this facility. It was clean and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Seems like people were confused about how to book and got mad at employees.
The entrance to the building is a giant gilded facade with 111 clearly indicated. There's a second entrance to the south, but I'm not sure how this could be more clear.”
“We had a great experience at Quest - Tamera was our phlebotomist; She was kind, professional and quick! Making an appointment online was easy.
My only feedback is that it's not easy to get a person on the phone beforehand to answer any questions - Luckily, all worked out. Pricing transparency was fantastic (all listed online, was run through insurance prior to labs) - other health institutions should follow this model!”

“I was worried that blood was not drawn for some of the tests listed on the requisition, because I didn’t receive all test results. Laura, who answered the phone, was reassuring, and she read all the tests ordered right off the computer.”
“Went to get my bloodwork done for my labs. Very fast, clean environment, and efficient service at this location. The nurse had a phlebotomy student there to observe as well and they were the nicest. The nurse who drew my blood was very good to the point that I felt NOTHING at all when she inserted the needle.”
“Nurse there was super polite, professional and friendly. I get a lot of anxiety with shots, but the nurse was very understanding and made the environment very comfortable for me.”
“I’ve never had a bad experience at the South Loop location (that’s also the only AHF testing center I’ve been to). The staff always finds a way to function efficiently, even when the center is short staffed. Everyone is always welcoming and kind. I really love that my results always come back within 2-4 days. The clinic is a walk in clinic. The South Loop location is open on Monday’s and Thursdays (I think you can call to figure out the hours). You would have to go to a primary physician for a more in depth STD panel, but the center offers testing for everything within the basic STD panel; that includes a blood test. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for timely results/good service.”

“Excellent service! Had Covid test done at cvs and was unsure if I'd get results for trip so booked here for 4 hour results as I could not fly without results. Received results in 3 hours! 48 hours after cvs and still haven't received results. So glad I decided to get it done here! Process was quick and timely results! Worth it if needed for travel!”

“I was a bit scared given some of the other reviews but I’m glad I decided to ignore and see for myself. I had one of the best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had. I faint, so I let the person helping me know and she was able to get me in a room with a bed so I could lay down. She then did a great job at adjusting to find my vein on the first try without having to do multiple pokes. She was very talented and had a very light hand. Barely felt the needle go in and out. She made what is for me an anxious experience, very comfortable and manageable and she was very understanding of my anxiety.”
