“Nice, friendly staff. Perfect location and storage space sizes. Very dissapointed they honored web rates to get my business for larger storage, but when i was ready to downsize to a smaller storage space they woule not honor web rates which were half the price I'm now paying for a much smaller space. Since I couldn't afford to rent another truck and open a new contract at another one of their locations I'm still stuck with a non-competitive price, which is really frustrating. There was some water leaks over my initial space but luckily I had mostly plastic bins, one box did have water damage to which I had stuffed animals in it.”
“This facility is very well kept, it’s lit up nicely and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cindy really helped out my partner and I with making the right choice for our storage needs. She took her time to give us a tour and have us look around at multiple storage units and explained the various pricing options in detail!”

Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware. “I needed to rent a truck for 8/1/2026. The 10 foot truck I reserved was not available for the time slot I was promised. After approximately 4 minutes after getting off the phone with U-haul staff, I received a phone call saying that a 15 foot truck became available and was offered the larger truck for the same price as the 10 foot truck. I truly appreciate that accommodation as I needed to move out of my apartment that day to avoid additional charges. Thank you so much!”

“I have rented U-Hauls a few times before over the past 25 years in various locations in various cities and states. This was not a new truck BUT it was spotless and ran perfectly, which was a first. The owner of the location was ready for me, he and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. Truly the simplest rental I have had through u-haul yet. Moving anything is a stressful but this was not.”
