Extra Space Storage
615 West Pershing Road, Chicago IL 60609
“Nice, friendly staff. Perfect location and storage space sizes. Very dissapointed they honored web rates to get my business for larger storage, but when i was ready to downsize to a smaller storage space they woule not honor web rates which were half the price I'm now paying for a much smaller space. Since I couldn't afford to rent another truck and open a new contract at another one of their locations I'm still stuck with a non-competitive price, which is really frustrating. There was some water leaks over my initial space but luckily I had mostly plastic bins, one box did have water damage to which I had stuffed animals in it.”

Pro-Tech Auto Repair
3700 S Ashland Ave, Chicago IL 60609
“Here, this workshop for me is very special, the people, the man, the owner, very kind, very attentive, and well, I'm going to go. I have been going for many years, and honestly, the man is a very good person. The workers, the few that there are, are very kind and well. Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware. I recommend it to you. Thank you very much.”

The staff genuinely made me feel like my business mattered. Maria greeted me with a warm welcome and went above and beyond to help after I accidentally reserved the wrong truck. She took the time to make sure I got the right vehicle and made the entire process easy and stress-free. When I returned the truck, Norma Estrella greeted me right away and made sure I had gathered all of my belongings before completing the return. Maria and Norma are true rock stars. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made this a great experience from start to finish. They both deserve recognition for the excellent customer service they provide. Thanks to them, I will definitely be returning to this location for my future rental needs.”
