“I went in on a recommendation. I had a slow leak in one tire, felt like I needed an alignment and my muffler was rattling.
The tire and alignment were done. They checked my filters and sent me pictures of how clogged they were. Those got replaced.
Unfortunately I was told that due to a design flaw there is nothing that can be done about the muffler. : (
They sent pictures and informed me of everything they were doing. I highly recommend this business.”

So, I am a SAHM and really only leave the house when I take my daughter to her dad’s. I was born and raised in Dekalb, but now live roughly 2 hours away.
Today (June/12/2026) was the one day I didn’t have childcare for my son. So I ended up having to take my husband’s work car to drop off my daughter. (When I say that, I mean our only car we just never leave the house.) anyway, I decided to get an oil change at a different place and they were telling me I should really get my tires changed before taking the drive back. So, this place was the closest to my location and I decided to call. When I called, I spoke to Pepe c. And he was the nicest person ever! He was able to get me in and help me. I was mid- panic attack knowing wires in my tire were showing (which side note I didn’t even know that was a thing 😳). And it made me feel better knowing how genuine he was. Clearly, I don’t know anything about cars, but this place did not take that for granted. They were very honest with me about the other issues I had and would tell me if I decided to not do it today it would be recommended in x amount of miles. They were very informative, polite, and patient since I had to have my 10 month old with me there the whole time while I was waiting ! The people who worked on my car were Katie, Daniel and Matt. I believe Daniel (could of been Matt I’m sorry I’m not sure!) came out when he was done and went in full detail about what he did and was just very kind about it!
I had a great experience here and even though I live far away, I will definitely continue to take my car there. it’s yet another place in sycamore that has such great people working there. I always say that the employees create the atmosphere they work in. And this is one great place with trusted people!”

Brought it in, within 10 minutes they brought us back and showed me the problems and quoted me the price. Had my car back to sounding normal within just a few hours. “I had a tire go out on me this morning. Nobody in town was able or willing to get me in to replace one tire same day. The gentleman at 3-D were perfectly cordial and got me in and out in 30 minutes within two hours of my phone call. They didn’t even make fun of me for driving an electric car. 11/10 would recommend.”
