“Had an issue with air loss in a tire & I'm so glad I had it checked out at Suburban Tires on Lincoln Hwy. , DeKalb Illinois. I only waited 30 min. It seemed & tire issue was resolved. I felt comforted knowing I could drive car & not worry about problems. Craig, the Service manager up front was very helpful& explained problem & also got a report on my phone. Suburban Tires gives great service & does good work.”

“I went in on a recommendation. I had a slow leak in one tire, felt like I needed an alignment and my muffler was rattling.
The tire and alignment were done. They checked my filters and sent me pictures of how clogged they were. Those got replaced.
Unfortunately I was told that due to a design flaw there is nothing that can be done about the muffler. : (
They sent pictures and informed me of everything they were doing. I highly recommend this business.”
“Made an appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and didn't really know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Only 45 minutes from walk in to walk out. I was so impressed I made another appointment for front brakes at a very reasonable price. Brakes were also about a 45 minute job. No complaints and all good marks. Would definitely recommend and will utilize them again.”

“Woke up this morning to an unexpected flat tire -- we live down the road from them, so called and they said to come right in. Really great prices, friendly service, and a quick repair. We got a used tire, that they can only take cash for -- which we did not have. We were going to walk to the store while it was repaired, but they told us to wait for it to be done to get the cash so we didn't have to walk which was really nice. Have some upcoming repairs that need to be done, and will be coming back and recommending to family. Thank you J&N!”

“The boys at the shop are so kind and fast, they make sure I understand in simplest terms what they repaired and why it matters and how much leeway I have for quality of parts or time between services.
I appreciate that they show me what the problem is and sometimes even help me learn how to be hands on in my car maintenance so I feel less stressed and helpless.

Shop neighborhood is very quiet so I take my dog when I go for quick services like oil change and walk her while I wait. After hours key drop for longer service is very convenient because I work nights.”
