“My exterior spigot was leaking so I went to to the Lamont Ace hardware and asked them what to do. They told me that I needed to take it apart. Bring it in and more than likely it was a washer. They were exactly correct. We got the right washer. Replaced it and now the spigot no longer leaks. They are awesome at working with each customer's problem in helping them find a solution. Whether it's a screw, a nut, new car keys, you name it, they have a solution for your problem. Thank you so much for your help.”

“I visited to get some hornet killer for a larger football sized nest at my home. Jacoby greeted me, and we initially joked a flamethrower may be the best option, but settled for researching items on the shelf that were more readily available. Ortho spray foam worked great for the 1st scary treatment last night, and the less expensive Ace brand spray finished off the remaining flying demons the following morning. Thanks Jacoby!”

They also offer many solutions for service for different parts to different manufacturers you would be completely surprised they stock while offering them at a much better price. They also stock some more niche products you would not expect. I will also emphasize everything in this robust product offering is done so with phenomenal pricing. You will be greeted with counter salesman who also have good knowledge about the technical side of the industry which is not common. They are able to advise in many cases what best serves your needs. They are always friendly and operate with a sense of urgency to get your orders fulfilled. Everything from branch, to district to regional management is an excellent experience. I could not suggest a better supply house if you are looking for a dedicated branch specializing in Amana and Goodman products. They treat us as valued customers at all times.”
“Always greeted when we come in. Staff always ask what they can help us with. They sell key fobs and program them.Recently ordered a key fob.. cheaper then the dealer... Joe did the setup. 5 minutes later key fob failed. He was on the phone with the manufacturer right away! New one to be sent out. But Joe calls me 5 minutes later and says another one was located!!! Joe programmed the new one and made sure it was working. Even found out the first one was defective from the manufacturer. His professionalism and customer service is very much appreciated!”

“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”

I asked if he would go make sure before I drive 45 miles to get it. He went and checked for me and confirmed that it was what I needed. Very helpful.”

If you are not buying for a business, This is where you can get tools and supplies that are more heavy duty than you would find a a place like a ace hardware.”

“I use Home Depot because they still offer curbside pickup more likely known as parking lot pickup. Menards no longer does this. As a disabled double amputee it is very difficult to shop large stores especially with motorized carts that can die at any point. Even though their prices might be higher than Menards, getting my order curbside makes it worth it!”
