“My favorite store by far!!!!!!! The only thing is I wish they were more careful about the ingredients in these products. Seed oils in foods should never be sold for human consumption, and other known ingredients that have been found to cause serious health concerns. And some of the prices are insane. Like $20 for a tub of butter? I pray it doesnt have a speck of seed oils for that price. Otherwise I love this store!!”

“We purchased pumpkins and there was an honest mistake. I went to customer service but we didn’t figure it out. The staff person checked with the produce manager, figured out the issue, and contacted us for our refund. Not only did the staff member do the right thing, she went the extra mile to do reach us. Thank you!!!!!!!!!”

“Kroger fuel points are nice, saved 3 cents a gallon. It is easy to get in-and-out for gas. The bathrooms are kind of a pain because the attendant has to open them for you, but they are relatively clean. Has basic snacks and drinks.”
“I had my friend pick up for me. They were listed on the pick-up. However, you have to call because it goes by the location from the app on the person who made the orders phone. My friend did call the number on the sign when you park but no answer on 2 different calls. He waited about 30 minutes. I called and was able to get an answer, and it figured out.”

The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is the prices are quite a bit higher than other grocery stores in the area.

“Hola! My man is senora cam. My boi friend name be mike. He loves harry cheese. Sometimes the kids put it together and say Mike who cheese harry. LOL sun and dotter being kids lol.CLOCK IT. As we were in the candy isle with my son and dotter we saw some sower patch kids and we bought them. YOLO! My sun was paying so we said get whatever you want! HAHA. You get it cause I’m not paying for my sun Eugene Camire! And my daughter Taylor camire! And my husband Mike Camire. Back to the story. (You’ll need that for later YOLO). We saw coke and there was Santa clause I don’t really understand why Mrs clause isn’t on it. My sun Eugene tripped and fell and hurt him. The milk spilled. LOL my face book post it. “The store has been under new management for some time now, and is much better maintained and generally cleaner, The staff will go above and beyond to help the customer find what they need, has definitely become my go to store, well done! ?”
“Make sure you check that they gave you all your bags. it happens every few months, I get home and realize they left bags at the counter and forgot to put them in the cart and then I have to go all the way back to the store”

“Not sure what the hate is all about on the local Kroger. Diet Coke 1.25L for $1.50 on sale. Self checkout available, no line, out of there pronto. Would seem more folks shop here than the Schnucks. There's pros and cons to both.”

“I don’t know if this store is under new management or what but it looks so much better than it did in the past. It’s less cluttered, things are in place and the staff takes the time to actually walk you to where an item is rather than pointing in some direction and saying it should be over there. I will only shop at this store and if I am not in the area of it, I will wait until I am in that area rather than stopping at any other one. Management…Keep doing what you’re doing because you have taken this store to an all new level! Kudos to you for a job well done! You deserve an award for having the best DG in southern Illinois.”
