βI was very disappointed to walk into your store on January 2 and see that all the Christmas decorations were taken down!I would at least expect Christmas decorations to be up until the 12 days of Christmas pass.Even the Rockefeller Christmas tree in New York stays up until January 13th.Also, you should offer your Christmas wrapping through January 7. There are over 300 million Orthodox Christians living throughout the world that celebrate Christmas on a different day and a different Easter as well.I canβt get my gifts wrapped with Christmas paper because you take it away:(β
βGood selection / variety of items.
Food items not always as fresh as one would expect - i guess that is when they are moved to clearance.
Clearance aisle are extremely disorganized and messy.
They keep on moving items all over the store that many times one can't actually find what they saw a week ago.
The staff at the cash register are pleasant and helpful. Yet, the floor associates, mixed attitudes and friendliness.
Many of their prices are no longer compatible.
Price stickers / labels on plastic items (and on other items) don't peel off easily and leave stickiness (even if used under boiling hot water).
The store/s must find a better way of doing it.
Generally, the stores are nice (Especially the ones in Vernon Hills and in Mundelein, IL.β

βHands down, this is the best Marshalls in Illinois β and I've been to a lot! Immaculately clean, incredibly organized, and packed with hidden treasures waiting to be discovered. But what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff here go above and beyond, always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. This place is a gem!β

βI have avoided this store for a long time because it used to be such a disorganized mess. But I went in for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was tidy, the employees were pleasant and merchandise was organized and easy to find. Julia in the Sephora section was especially helpful. My only problem was that there was only a limited selection of clothes in my size. Overall, a positive experience!β
βWe love our JC Penney! Good selection at decent prices. Have been going to the hair salon for a long time. And they always have plenty of retro t shirts for sale. Would rather buy clothes in a real store vs online returning it a million times cuz it doesn't fit. Give Penney's a try!β

βI had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!
I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. Itβs astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they arenβt the only person on planet earth!
Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.
Itβs not often you encounter employees like this. Thank you!β
βThis is a good cheapie store for a lot of little things you may need around your house and seasonal supplies. It's not a good looking store, it's outdated and shows its age pretty badly and can get crowded but the prices are better than most stores but the quality is better than stuff at the Dollar stores. I've not bought food items here but if you need soap or handtowels or the like this is the placeβ

Anastasia is amazing! She first helped me pick out some jewelry and then I ran into her again in the beauty section where she helped me choose perfumes too
One of the biggest challenges at this store is that there are no testers, so itβs really hard to know how things smell. But she knew almost every scent β seriously impressive!
I ended up buying 4 perfumes, and every single one was spot on
If youβre not sure what to choose β definitely look for her. She solved a problem Iβve had for years!!!!β

βI can always rely on Macyβs to get me the dress clothes I need. My dress shirts, dress shoes, and more come from Macyβs after other stores didnβt have what I needed.β
βKohlβs is a great place for menβs and womenβs clothing and especially childrenβs you always wanna wait till there is a sale maybe once a month for about a week thereβs a 30% sale if you have their credit card you get another 10% and then they do something thatβs kind of silly but as long as you know what it is, then youβll get it right they give you something called Kohlβs cash. They usually give $10 for every 50 that you spend But during the period of time that you can spend it which is usually only a week or sometimes 10 days they donβt have any sale so the sale is that you get to use the Kohlβs cash so like a store employee or manager told me one time what Kohlβs cash really is is just a sale done in a different Way.β
βWalmart consistently offers great value, and their clearance section is a treasure trove! I've found amazing deals on everything from clothes and toys to home goods. It's a fantastic way to save money without sacrificing quality.β

βI really enjoy going to HomeGoods however, I felt a bit put off by the aggressive or maybe sarcastic remarks from Maria. I was asked whether I had a store credit card and when I responded βNoβ I was then asked why not. Then I was asked to make a donation which I declined then to hear Maria say Oh but you didnβt have a problem taking one of our mints which several of us took one not knowing it had anything to do with a donation. The basket was on a table with loose mints. After that comment I proceeded to give her a $1 after my credit card transaction. One of her male coworkers was behind her when he did a double take. As I walked to my car I became more irritated replaying the scenario that I am sitting in my car outside the store writing this review. Training employees how to properly interact with paying customers. Otherwise, I like the store and normally have good experiences.β

The Peretti heart keychain. $85Nice to have it wrapped so beautifully, was happy it wouldn't need anything more than to place the gift under the tree.Interior is beautiful and they have a little sitting area so others can chill or rest while you are taking care of business.Almost managed to escape but got distracted by the beautiful single pearl silver hardware bracelet that was being displayed. I have the matching earrings. Had not seen the bracelet before. So beautiful.Jane did a fantastic job of customer care and service. She saw my ring and offered to have it cleaned, and someone brought it back to me in five minutes. She informed me that the bracelet would go up in price $100 in January to help my deliberations; she had me try it on to get the right size (didn't even know I was a medium until I tried it on) etc.Took tremendous discipline to walk out -- just made a mental note: but I have a birthday in January...It's always so much better to be able to be able to try things on in the store.β
