This lady is 70 years old, quick and doesn’t make your dog sit in a crate for 4-5 hours.She doesn’t use perfumes that can make a dog sick or wash them poorly.Fran can do my two dogs in less than two hours for full cuts, baths and blowouts- on undercoats!!I have never met a more efficient groomer who had her business for decades.Fran deserves five stars for still grooming - not retiring and doing a wonderful groom!!

My horse had bone chips removed here two years ago with stellar care, and he was back over a holiday weekend recently due to a colic episode that did not resolve with treatment provided by my home veterinarian. KREH staff were thorough, extremely caring, and kept me informed throughout the entire experience. My horse is home and recovering well and I am forever grateful to Kendall Road and their fabulous staff. I will never go anywhere else for equine emergencies or surgical needs! Affordable, kind, thorough, experienced, professional. The best of the best!

Dr. Lindley was able to save my dogs eye after and continued to see her for several years. Then again for my other dog to check and monitor his eyes for cataracts. Very Happy with the all of the support staff and doctors bedside manor. Highly recommend this facility and & refer people here all the time.

What an unexpected gem in Elgin!
I’m a born-and-raised Chicago guy — a true pizza connoisseur who’s had deep-dish, thin-crust, and everything in between — so I don’t hand out 5-star reviews lightly. Tonight I was in a serious time crunch and almost just grabbed something fast when the owner walked up and asked, “Got five minutes? Trust me, it’ll be worth it.”
Man, was he right.
The pizza that came out had the perfect crunch on the edges, a sauce that actually tasted like tomatoes (not just sugar and herbs), and cheese that was gooey but never greasy. The crust was straight-up Detroit-style — thick, airy, and caramelized on the bottom in all the right places. Every single bite was spot-on.
On top of that, the place was slammed and still running like clockwork — super attentive service, friendly faces, and you can tell it’s a real family-owned operation. That personal touch made the whole experience even better.
ZZA Factory, you just gained a new regular. I’ll be back (and next time I’m bringing the whole crew). Thank you for turning a quick stop into one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time!
