I picked him up at around 8:30, he wanted to pee so badly and got home and rank a lot of water. I would give you 5 starts but with this repeated concern of a thirsty pet is not good.

1051 West Stearns Road, BartlettAfter dealing with a misdiagnosis from another vet and being unable to book an appointment with our primary vet, my partner found Heartland Animal Hospital through some searches. We were desperate to find some help for our cat's corneal ulcer.
Staff was very kind and understanding of our issues, and intake was very thorough, listening to everything we have to say and putting down every detail. Dr. Hart is very kind and very knowledgable, and she walked us through our cat's examination and recommended eye specialists for him. Our cat was handled well, and I really appreciated how much care they showed for our situation and for our boy.
Thanks so much for your guys' help! It's given us a lot of relief and confidence to come out to Heartland if we ever find ourselves in a pinch again.

The Whole Pet
810 Rte 59, BartlettMelissa and her team at Whole Pet are so kind and so lovely. We were looking for last minute and hospice care for our senior pup and you could just tell in talking to them that there was no judgment and only support and kindness. You don't get that from all vets. We ended up needing to cancel the appt at the last moment and they kindly refunded the deposit (which they absolutely did not need to do). I wish we were a tad closer, but we would have driven the distance to see them. I hope others can utilize their care.
