Everyone I have met since moving in has been friendly.
Having an app to open the the front door and to access the laundromat is pretty dope.
Pretty spacious for a one-bedroom. I live on the third floor and the view is nice facing the city.
Throughout the day/night, you can hear the cars and any noise on the street, but I dont mind that at all. Just something to note if thats something you would.

“This five-star review is specifically for David and Mike on the maintenance team. When my heat stopped working late yesterday, David came out after hours to try to fix it. He stayed as long as he could working through the issue before explaining that he needed to get parts and would return in the morning. While he was here, he also discovered a leak in my water heater.
As promised, David returned the next morning with Mike, and they had my apartment fully up and running before noon. Both were kind, professional, and thorough. They also made sure to clean up any mess and even wiped down my floor before leaving.
I’m very pleased with their work and truly appreciate their dedication. Thank you, David and Mike!”

“I moved to Iron Gates in May and must say that after a few minor complications with the lease everything else has been great. It’s very clean, quiet, and cozy. Maintenance is always on top of it whenever there is something that needs their attention. Big shoutout to Courtney, he’s always super friendly, polite and quick to fix whatever issue there is.”
“I lived here for 6 years and am going to miss it here. Although the building I lived in was old and had its fair share of problems. The management group was nothing but helpful whenever we ran into an issue. They were always super flexible on any requests I had. This place is also super pet friendly too and was a great place to raise my first pup. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking.”

“I moved into Forest Cove in April 2025, and my experience so far has been really good. It feels like a homely atmosphere. Whenever I had any issues, I always received a positive response from Jennifer and Taylor. They are very cooperative and always willing to help. We will definitely miss Taylor as she is leaving.
One suggestion for the management: it would be great to have a small park for the kids. During the summer, we often had to take our kids to different places to play. There are several vacant areas where a park could be set up, which would make the community even better.”
“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”

Since I was from FL I didnt had a chance to visit the property so everything was with phone.
