“PS5 had HDMI problems. Took it to two Franchise operations. One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form. Danny took my box, plugged it in, told me he'd have it ready the next day, and sure enough, was ready the next day. True professional, support your local businesses.”
“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“such a pleasant experience. we had a broken phone and originally thought just the screen was broken. he took a closer look (for free) and told us exactly what was wrong and was very real with us. he told us he could put in a new battery but there were tons of complications. we decided ourselves we were just going to get a new one and he luckily had a refurbished one available. he helped us transfer everything and figure out the new phone, and put on a new screen protector for free. he was super kind and we will definitely be coming back here for future issues!”
