“I had possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere from Ken this weekend. I switched my Internet over the T-mobile. Ken got me a really good deal. He explained my three options and let me know I can shift to another choice at any time. This is the amazing part—- Then he sat in the store with me and set my boxes up for me. He helped me with the entire set up while I was in the store so when I got home the only thing I had to do was plug the boxes in. I felt comfortable the entire time and I never felt like I was getting a winded sales pitch. Thank you Ken for such a great experience with T-mobile.”
