Carlos cleans and details the inside, they all go above and beyond for their customers! When I offer a tip they refuse, saying they are doing their jobs, they bring my car back to me and work around my hectic schedule, they know how to treat people and I will continue to go there knowing they can always be trusted! “I had a very positive experience at wilmette auto body. I scratched the passenger side of my car pretty badly right before labor day weekend. I wanted to put the entire ordeal behind me and called around to a few auto body shops near my area but they were either a bit rude or didn't have great reviews.
The moment I called wilmette auto body and spoke with Sabrina, I felt like my unlucky day got a lot better. She was incredibly kind and after sensing my urgency did her best to squeeze me in for an estimate day-of (even though they were very busy). Dean inspected my car very thoroughly and after reassuring me there was no major damage, sent me an estimate 1 hour after I left the shop. I was able to get on their calendar right after the weekend and after 3 days my car was back to looking brand new. I thought for sure I could find where the damage was painted over, but I honestly can't find it (Dean and his team are that good!)
Every interaction I had with Dean and Sabrina was great. I would highly recommend them.”

The mechanic, Eddy, I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue clearly, without any upselling or pressure. The parts were high quality and reasonably priced, and the service was done on time and with great attention to detail.

“My young son and I were driving to the Shedd Aquarium from Waukesha, WI when my check oil light came on. I will admit that I am completely ignorant when it comes to just about anything with cars, so I had no idea what kind of damage I could be doing to the car to continue driving, and I was a good 2 hours from home. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.”

“This gas station is currently up-and-coming so do not expect much from it because it currently lacks one thing that regular gas stations have which is an ATM. During my initial visit I spoke with the clerk and he mention that they were adding a few things that the previous owner did not have. Very friendly guy which I spoke to prior to grabbing snacks before work, which is why I dropped in in the first place.”
