“I had a fantastic experience with CARSTAR Imperial! My Honda Civic needed repairs after my neighbor accidentally swiped it in our parking garage, and the entire process couldn’t have been easier. The team handled everything, including coordinating with insurance and arranging my rental car, which made an otherwise stressful situation completely hassle-free. The repairs turned out great, and I really appreciated how seamless and convenient they made the entire experience. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience with Oakton Auto Body and can’t recommend them enough. I brought in an older car after scraping up the side, and I also had a few unrelated issues—a trunk that wouldn’t stay open and an A/C system that wasn’t working properly. Jay and his team took the time to look at everything and helped me get it all sorted out. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward they were throughout the process. They gave me their genuine recommendations, explained my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. You can tell they care about doing right by their customers, not just selling additional work. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re looking for a shop that treats you fairly and takes pride in their work, Oakton Auto Body is a place you can trust.”

“My young son and I were driving to the Shedd Aquarium from Waukesha, WI when my check oil light came on. I will admit that I am completely ignorant when it comes to just about anything with cars, so I had no idea what kind of damage I could be doing to the car to continue driving, and I was a good 2 hours from home. I happened to find Kris Touhy Auto because I searched for a BP gas station close to me along my route -- and sure enough attached to the BP was this auto shop. I was shaken, I was embarrassed, I was rushed -- and the two men in the shop (an older gentleman and a younger man) immediately stopped what they were doing and both came out to check my oil level and fill it up -- for like pennies! They even showed my son (and me) how to do it. I can't say enough good things about these men and this shop. It seems like a simple, easy thing for most, but they saved the day for me, and it had a huge impact on my day. If I lived closer, you'd be my go-to! Thanks, gentlemen.”

“It is hard to describe the value in having a place to take any of your cars and know that they are not only fair, which is to be expected, but completely knowledgeable, whether it's our old Subaru, our new Audi, or my mother-in-law's old Lexus. It's as good as having a doctor in the family.”
