The different types of wood and decor they have here are vintage and beautiful. Service here was exceptional. We will definitely be back for our future needs.”

“I appreciate the smallness, ease, and convenience of shopping here compared to the big box hardware store just kitty corner from this Ace. I can park right by the front door, leave my dogs in the car for a few minutes knowing they’re safe, run inside & get what I need fast, with helpful staff on the scene, without having to walk the vast parking lot & cavernous aisles at the big place across the street.”

“First time trying out their dog wash today.I'm very Happy I did! it's very clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. I like that they have raised wash areas and grooming areas to dry the dogs, good water pressure, hoses that you can change the stream and decent dryers. They supply some of the different shampoos that they carry I did try their sensitive one and so far it seems to have caused no irritation for a very sensitive skin dog. I like that they supply more than one towel like some other places do.
Tractor supply company is a little gym in Carpentersville that I often forget about and every time I go I really like it. They hire friendly staff and it's always clean and they have a lot of variety.”

“We had bought a workbench from this store but had a major wrong part (leg) so came back to exchange the piece when in fact we should have exchanged the whole box. The manufacturer had changed the design slightly so that the leg from the second box was totally different. We were getting SO frustrated but we were able to keep our cool with the help of your employee Rima. Without her friendly, patient and knowledge of the solution would have made it so much worse. “Tom at the Lake Zurich Rental center really helped me out. I was planning on renting a sewer rodding machine because my shower was backing up. After listening to my issue tom suggested the issue was in my septic field. Turns out I took the cover off and the tank was totally full. Tom chose to help me solve my problem over the phone instead of just trying to rent me a piece of equipment. I will think of this rental department whenever I need another tool to rent. “VS menards well stocked but what sets it apart is it's employees are every where and most knowledgeable. Most are from a trade which is invaluable! Plus being a vet i don't have to jump through hoops mailing in receipt or as they count on it forgetting to get 10% off. Do not like current return policy. Even if they stock item you can't even get a store credit if over i guess 30/35$. Unless you have the credit card or receipt. If I kept every receipt I'd need a accountant!”

We were actually greeted by 3 different employees around the store, it was a breath of fresh air, most places ignore you these days. For that customer service alone, employees that actually seemed to care that we were there, I'll return to Lowe's first when choosing a home supply store.”
“I stopped by to look for a Moen kitchen faucet part after trying with no success directly through the manufacturer but they didn’t have the part on hand since it’s a older faucet and unfortunately due to the Chyna virus ordering and shipping times are drastically longer than normal but the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and made a photocopy of the parts diagram and luckily I was able to order on Amazon and get the part the next day. They didn’t get a sale(no fault of their own) but they definitely made a client. Thanks gents!”
