“A huge shoutout to Jessica in customer service -we appreciate her excellent customer service communications in purchasing a Craftsman 7' x 7' resin shed. Upon initial purchasing I contacted her and explained the on-line order was not reflecting the weekly ad price as stated. She advised me to go ahead and submit the order, then when I come to the store in person that she would assist in ensuring the advertised sales price. Today 04/07/26 the procurement transpired, with the assistance of Jessica. Once again Thanks Jessica (Glen Carbon Lowes) for all your help!”

“I went to 4 other places including another Ace trying to get my truck key copied, I was in the store for less than 2 minutes and the key was cut and the employee was out to my truck programming the transponder key. Less than 5 minutes and I had my key, and it was only 30 bucks! I'll be coming back for another spare key soon. Thanks!”

“Oh boy, was this a swell experience. I came in wanting new wiper blades and was met with the most helpful smile in any aisle - a man by the name “King Julian.” Not only did he help me find the appropriate wiper blades, he also personally installed them despite the cold, dreary weather and the police helicopter soaring overheard during the Granite City Manhunt of the century. One might generally feel unsafe with the dozens of cop cars speeding past every few minutes, but not I, for I had my own personal security. Thank you, Cotton’s Ace Hardware, this will not be an experience I soon forget.”

“I don't really like going to any hardware, lumber store, but this place usually has what you need. It's hard to find help sometimes, but I usually can find what I Need by myself. I do love how many Christmas decorations they carry and Halloween too. In the spring they have lots of flowers, trees and bushes. It always seems clean and organized. I am a person who does not like checking myself out, so I hope they don't go completely to that. I always get my paint here, they have a great selection of colors. Overall, it's nice store.”
