“I don't really like going to any hardware, lumber store, but this place usually has what you need. It's hard to find help sometimes, but I usually can find what I Need by myself. I do love how many Christmas decorations they carry and Halloween too. In the spring they have lots of flowers, trees and bushes. It always seems clean and organized. I am a person who does not like checking myself out, so I hope they don't go completely to that. I always get my paint here, they have a great selection of colors. Overall, it's nice store.”

“Went in there to kill some time before the bank opened up. They had alot of selections on STHIL tools and equipment. Definitely more of a rental place then a hardware store. The customer service was excellent and they had a wide selection of STIHL saws, weed eaters, and power equipment. Definitely need to check them out if you're in the market for that.”

“I recently purchased a Weber griddle online for in-store pickup. I wasn't completely sure about the measurements and assumed it would come in a box since I planned to pick it up rather than have it shipped because I needed it the next day.
When I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, and to my surprise, the griddle was already assembled, which was a huge plus! I quickly realized it might not fit in the back of my SUV. The employees took the time to measure it for me, and unfortunately, it was just a little too big.
I went home to grab my spouse's vehicle and returned just before closing. Even at the end of the day, the staff went above and beyond. They re-measured everything, including the back of the vehicle, helped us carefully load the griddle, and made sure it was positioned to avoid any scratches on our brand-new car. The owner even loaned us a moving blanket to help protect it during transport.
This Ace Hardware truly stands out. The team is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even though we don't live in Lebanon, I will absolutely go out of my way to shop at this location again.”

She was knowledgeable and helped me make a hard decision about what color stain I needed. This employee is a keeper. “I went to 4 other places including another Ace trying to get my truck key copied, I was in the store for less than 2 minutes and the key was cut and the employee was out to my truck programming the transponder key. Less than 5 minutes and I had my key, and it was only 30 bucks! I'll be coming back for another spare key soon. Thanks!”
