“The store is so well stocked and neatly arranged, it was a real surprise to me while I was waiting for my knives to be sharpened. I found coffee, machines, vacuum, cleaners, and all kinds of tools, lightbulbs, even shoe insoles. It’s got the amount of merchandise in Menards in a very small space so if you don’t like a lot of walking, go to Ace, the service machines lawnmowers, maybe, fix windows and screen doors and perhaps other services that I’m not aware of if you have to call.”

“I recently took in a patio screen door to be rescreened. I wasn’t sure it could be done because the door is 35 years old, the frame partially rusted, and the screen was in tatters. The young man at Ace took it and set it up to be replaced by the “screen guy” who would be there tomorrow. He asked what kind of screen I wanted, light or dark, and being embarrassed because I know nothing about screens, I said just replace it with light screen because that’s how it was originally made. Also, I thought the light screen would provide better visibility to the outside. I was pretty sure I’d get a call saying there’s nothing we can do with this, you need a new screen door. Then I got a call from Ed saying it was done, but he wanted to double check that I didn’t want the dark screen, that he would redo it at no extra cost if I change my mind. He discussed that the dark screen actually provides better visibility because it absorbs light rather than refracting it back to your eyes, and it’s sturdier, considered “pet safe”, and it doesn’t billow out with contact, but stays firm in the door. So I said yes, please switch it. There was a minimal difference in cost to upgrade, so I am very happy about the price, look, and the functionality of the screen. Ed also loosened all the rusted screws so the wheels could drop properly. I am pleased with the exceptional customer service and product I received.”

“I recently needed to pick up an online order, and although there was a hiccup with locating my item, the experience turned out to be remarkably positive thanks to the cashier who assisted me. Upon arrival, when the item wasn’t immediately found, the cashier promptly had someone also check another location and was extremely courteous, apologizing for the wait.
Throughout the process, she was not only professional but also proactive—at the first sign the item could not be found, she started reassuringly explaining the next steps. The store manager stepped in to assist, but it was the cashier’s initiative and clear communication that really stood out.
Ultimately, I decided to wait for the item to be delivered, and the way this situation was handled by the cashier left me impressed. She made what could have been a frustrating experience very manageable. She is a credit to Ace Hardware and exemplifies the type of service that builds customer loyalty. She definitely has a bright future ahead. Thank you!”

“Great home depot. Love the smell of it when I first walk in the store. Last year got me and my mom a above ground planter the we put hurbs in (plant didn't survive though because we lwk suck at gardening noy the point anyway) it was great for that. We also redid some of my backyard near my back door and replaced some of it with Vargo rocks with there lawn cloth at the bottom and hydrangea plants that are thriving. All of this we got from this home depot and they for shure live up to there slogan...this home depot let's the doers get more done. The staff there is also really nice in storeand in the gardening section...one time I needed to find chain oil and i couldn't find it until one pf the many helpful
people there helped me find it. Over all 11/10”

“It has a moving walkway to get to the second floor as well as an elevator. Very friendly staff. Oh and they have a piano player on Friday. Garden center is packed with bedding plants and supplies for what you need in your garden.”
