“Decided to get a new phone. Went with the galaxy s21. They told me it was out of stock and would ship on August 6th. A few days later, I got a notice that the phone had been shipped. The staff at the store were friendly and courteous and made the switch neatly effortless.”

He said time me and by my count 81 seconds later my email was fixed my display was fixed and my settings were all properly adjusted! It’s been more than easy working with Jack. I’ve noticed another review said this store is unique to all of the rest. That is definitely a true statement. Exceptional service — ask for Jose!
Jose, the store manager, truly went above and beyond for us. He did all of the heavy lifting—setting up our business account, adding 5+ lines, and making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through every promotion available so we were getting the best possible deal.
His associate Jason was also helpful, but Jose absolutely led the experience and made the entire process seamless. Because of how well we were treated, we’re already planning to move our personal lines over from Verizon next.
If you want things done right and want someone who genuinely cares, Jose is your guy. Highly recommend this T-Mobile location!”
“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”
“Came to this store because it was in between elderly relatives and myself, both coming from about 25 miles. They needed help with correcting the rip off phones and service they were scammed into buying at Sam's Club in the Midway area. Victor S assisted us with great professionalism, patience and understanding. After about 3 hours and Victor making multiple calls to T-Mobile customer service (which I was on the phone with for 3 hours the night before trying to clear up the mess), Victor got everything rectified and even was able to get them a credit for what was claimed to be an unpaid first billing. Victor is such a great example of what customer service should be! Give this guy a well-deserved raise! Thank you, Victor! You are great!!!”

“Goodbye AT&T! Hello T-Mobile, I switched it to T-Mobile because l wasn't very happy with AT&T service since l had it for so long and l decided to come by there in the mall. It got me annoyed and tired while l carried AT&T cell phone with me all the way. Ugh. Finally l ended up until l was first met Shameka or Shamika (unsure) the sale rep/employee she is very nice and friendly also helped me lot through that but cool ever l've had.
