Prior to that she explained all of our options to help us decide which phone and package to choose. I have Resound hearing aids and got a Samsung 26. It took 24 hours to successfully pair up my hearing aids with the phone. Just an FYI to other Resound Hearing Aid wearers.”

“I will only come to this location. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes from the one by me. Jadin is by far the best employee. He has helped me with so much. With multiple things. “My phone locked up on me because I had added a pin number for an app I was trying to open. I had no idea how to unlock my phone. I havw lots of memories and apps that I use. Google said the store closed at 8pm. It closes at 7pm. I got there around 6:40pm. Matt took his time to look and discover what had happened to my phone. He fixed it for me and I am so thankful for his care and concern. You have a great employee there. Thank you Matt!!!”

Great guy, I went in with anything/everything I knew about current deals, sales, and promotions. He gave me an awesome trade in-value on the S22 in exchange for the S26 Ultra.
Walked me through every promotion, and offer available and even those that are in-store specific.
Walked out with a nice new phone, great deal in the screen protector, and case. Even saved me 15bucks a month on my Single Phone service. The deal would have been even better if I added the Home Internet Service.
As of now, if Erick is not the sales representative when I walk-in , I will most likely wait for a day that he is on shift or available to help me with anything I need.
I also had bad gas at the time, and he handled it very professionally ... 😆

“I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”

“Very quick repair and PlayStation works great. Only thing I would put as a complaint is the barcode sticker they put on the device does not easily come off and leaves sticky residue when taken off. Wish it was a clean pull of sticker. Everything else was a great experience.”
“I came in today, needing my younger brothers phone needing service on it, Eddie and the Bolingbrook store, got the service on the phone very quickly, I also asked about getting service on another phone for me, he said bring it in and week get it going, I went back to the store just about an hour later, and yet again he put service on my phone very quickly, and he had WONDERFUL customer service, he knew exactly what I was looking for when I came in both times and very much successfully had a few happy customers, when I explained how my visit went, the people I told were like WOW ! Eddie at the Bolingbrook cricket store definitely gave a 10/10 on customer service today ! I definitely recommend going to the Bolingbrook one and getting amazing customer service from Eddie !”
