“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!) She even provided me with great deals and was also able to come out with an Apple Watch. She was very kind and helpful while also taking care of other customers coming into the store while she was troubleshooting through the T-Life app to get my phone set up. “I was in the Verizon store in Schaumburg, by Meacham and Higgins roads. I had issues that my regular Verizon store couldn't help me with. Jordan found me and asked how she could help. After a lengthy explanation (it was complicated) she asked a few questions and got to work. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm retired now, but if I wasn't I would have asked Jordan to come in for an interview and I would have made room for her in our 165 staff, very successful business. She was amazing! Latest comments was from a person that said they used to be T-Mobile employees and their friend works at a T-Mobile, complained about not buying anything and store not selling phone, meanwhile they have a friend that sent them to this store. Why didn't their friend help them? Probably because of the same reason they are complaining about. The other negative review was because the store was following policy, and asked for valid ID.Yet they go to different stores that doesn't follow policy and they are ok with it? These people are ridiculous. Store employees are awesome! If you are not planning on buying anything or get annoyed because employees are trying to do their job, just shop online, easy as that.”

“Eric the business representative/ Dan the store manger were AWESOME!!! I was in tru store yesterday for about 8 hours trying to switch from Xfinity mobile back to Verizon, what a total disaster, 8 hours worth. NONE Of this was either one of thier faults, it was all Xfinity and how incompetent they are, NEVER go to Xfinity unless you want to be treated like total garbage!!
These guys stuck with the whole process, again 8 hours it took them to get the problem Xfinity created, almost 8 hours of being on the phone with support getting disconnected having to call back multiple times and to get disconnected again finally got everything resolved and transferred back to Verizon 8 hours later. The patience and professionalism these guys had were incredible I had lost my patience with the whole thing 1 hour into all this, again NEITHER ONE THESE GUYS FAULT.
I usually DO NOT leave reviews, but I do own an insurance agency and I know when it’s time to leave one and these guys need to be recognized for all the hard work and hours and hours they spent on this for me in between a very busy day they had this day, again I know i was there for a full work shift pretty much lol.
Shout out again to these guys at the LZ Verizon!!

Please, give this man something for his hard work because he earns it with his vibe! I'm hard at hearing and he was not even phased like other people when they work this type of job, Erwin is the only Xfinity pro I'm willing to talk to.
