βGood selection / variety of items.
Food items not always as fresh as one would expect - i guess that is when they are moved to clearance.
Clearance aisle are extremely disorganized and messy.
They keep on moving items all over the store that many times one can't actually find what they saw a week ago.
The staff at the cash register are pleasant and helpful. Yet, the floor associates, mixed attitudes and friendliness.
Many of their prices are no longer compatible.
Price stickers / labels on plastic items (and on other items) don't peel off easily and leave stickiness (even if used under boiling hot water).
The store/s must find a better way of doing it.
Generally, the stores are nice (Especially the ones in Vernon Hills and in Mundelein, IL.β
βNo screaming kids running around and stuff everywhere, thank you for keeping it this clean and organized. It gave me a chance to look around and get what I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed.β
βI have avoided this store for a long time because it used to be such a disorganized mess. But I went in for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was tidy, the employees were pleasant and merchandise was organized and easy to find. Julia in the Sephora section was especially helpful. My only problem was that there was only a limited selection of clothes in my size. Overall, a positive experience!β
βThe Gurnee location has the Amazon drop closer to the mall entrance than the parking lot entrance. Also only 1 set of parking lot doors are open - the others are asked as an emergency exit.β
βWhen I went to Starbucks for a little treat Yesenia was so nice and took the time with my drink. It was one the best made coffees I had in a while.
I felt truly special as a customer and will come back soon :)β

βI am new in town and stopped for some items. My children mistakenly forgot to take some of the items we purchased and left it in the front. Thank God, We were able to recover it after noticing that we left the items at the store (after 4 days). We talked to Mr. Jay (store manager) was professional and courteous and respectful, thank you for believing in the customer sir and we will definitely be coming to your store more because of your actions. Anastasia is amazing! She first helped me pick out some jewelry and then I ran into her again in the beauty section where she helped me choose perfumes too
One of the biggest challenges at this store is that there are no testers, so itβs really hard to know how things smell. But she knew almost every scent β seriously impressive!
I ended up buying 4 perfumes, and every single one was spot on
If youβre not sure what to choose β definitely look for her. She solved a problem Iβve had for years!!!!β

βMacy's in Gurnee Mills has a very nice selection of dresses and evening wear. Sales rep, Wilda, was the best part of my experience shopping for wedding attire. She was professional, enthusiastic, and helped me make the right decision. Her patience made the task enjoyable!β
βGreat place to take group pictures with friends or family! I went with a group of 6 people for a photo shoot and well it was great! The photographer was very nice and gave us great poses! We will return to do more. Also, theres a nice clearance area for all genders! Nice clothes for cheap.β

Though I was just there for low wooden raised food bowl upon entering I was greeted immediately. The store maintained a neat and organized layout, making it relatively easy to navigate through the different sections. The staff members Jessica and Nicole (manager? ) were generally helpful and attentive, which added to the overall shopping experience. Seriously, these two workers definitely deserved a raise. They are super nice and ready to help you if you need something.

βThis store and Marshalls was the store at one time we the customers could purchase beautiful suit jackets, beautiful stylish men's shirts and slacks WHAT HAPPEN! WOMEN NOW AND THEN CAN STILL BUY A NICE DRESS BUT THAT TOO HAS LIST ITS LUSTER! COME BACK TJ MAX AND MARSHALLS . These services are still pretty goodβ
βIts a real dollar store where everything really is $1. I hate the ones that you go in thinking its a $1 store but its not. (I think family dollar is one of those phony imposters. If I'm wrong about that then I apologize FD but I'm pretty sure it was you.)β
βI had a positive experience here. The manager Johnnie listened to my story of how I lost my brand new sunglasses and she searched her system hard to find me another pair. She was able to find a similar pair and put them on reserve until I was able to get to the store. She told the team I was coming and where I would need to to pick up and who would be at the store when I would get there. She didn't have to do all that but she did. She could have been lazy and said I don't have them and hung up the phone but she didnt do that. She found what I wanted and called me back and followed up and I appreciated that so much. She went above and beyond what most ppl would have done. Thanks Johnnie, Dawn Sooshee and Team! You ladies rock. Anybody that thinks managing a store like this is easy should get behind the counter and try it. Retail can be draining.β

βBloomingdaleβs The Outlet Store in Northbrook offers a variety of men's and women's apparel. While it's possible to find brands like Rag & Bone, Vince, Aqua, and Boss, the selection during my recent visit wasn't the bestβperhaps due to the season. I typically travel from Wisconsin to Chicago to shop for my husband and myself because I prefer to see the items in person to verify the quality and fit, which can be different from online photos. Despite being an outlet, the prices remain high, so I hope to see a better selection and higher quality on my next visit to justify the trip over shopping online.β
βI have been coming to this exchange for ~35 years, since my mother who is navy veteran, took me here when I was little. Everything is clean, well organized, and modestly priced. There is one thing that stands out every time I go there: Dean. Dean checks the IDs at the door and greets the guests. He is kind, honest, diligent, and reflects positively on the NEX and the sea services as a whole. Dean always appreciates veterans of all ages, from freshly minted sailors to elderly retirees. I look forward to seeing Dean when I go shopping at NEX. Please commend this man.β

βI'm happy to say that with today's visit I reclaimed the Dukedom of Target, Highland Park. You may now address me as Your Grace. I surveyed every corner of my duchy, and I must say, it was in fine form today. I particularly liked how the Easter confections and bakery items were prominent and upfront. The coolers and freezer cases were well-stocked. I found the Royal Beverage, thee Diet Coke, in its usual place. I also perused thee Easter Squishmallows down yonder thoroughfare and marveled at the marvelous selection of Messrs Hershey, Ferrero, Ghirardelli and Reese. Hear Hear! Actually, there there! My loyal retainers, thee Target employees, were resplendent in their red livery. They did a fine and efficient job of scanning my merch. βIt's Ross, what can I say, sometimes you go there and walk out with more than you wanted simply because they have some random stuff that's kinda cheap, (not always). I shop in the home section mostly. I prefer the round lake one instead, a little more organized, but that's probably because gurnee gets more traffic and ppl moving the merch around on shelves.β
