“No screaming kids running around and stuff everywhere, thank you for keeping it this clean and organized. It gave me a chance to look around and get what I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed.”

“Very comfortable Kohls location. They have a dedicated big and tall section for men, and stire is always clean and organized. I always make it a point to stop here whenever I'm in the area.”

“Good selection / variety of items.
Food items not always as fresh as one would expect - i guess that is when they are moved to clearance.
Clearance aisle are extremely disorganized and messy.
They keep on moving items all over the store that many times one can't actually find what they saw a week ago.
The staff at the cash register are pleasant and helpful. Yet, the floor associates, mixed attitudes and friendliness.
Many of their prices are no longer compatible.
Price stickers / labels on plastic items (and on other items) don't peel off easily and leave stickiness (even if used under boiling hot water).
The store/s must find a better way of doing it.

“JCPenney is one of the most unknown and underrated stores for young people however they might know about it and I don’t know that’s highly possible also. They are exceptionally fashionable for guys that are in their late teens up until about 8:30 with a brand called mutual weave. Kohl’s also carries the brand but tends to only carry their stuff which is unbelievably cropped short now that is the style now and nothing wrong with being in style, but they are cropped so short that unless you’re 16, they’re probably going to be an inch above your belt line not at your belt line, but the ones that JCPenney carries are super excellent. They also stopped carrying dockers and they have the shack the basketball guy, his brand clothing there which is the best big man clothing in the world and somehow mutual weave does the same thing too. Everything they have for mutual weave also comes in the super sizes I think of the size 4X or 5X just super super great. Their store is really really excellent. The biggest mistake they’re making is staying attached to malls. Indoor malls. Kohl’s has gotten away from that and has intentionally more went to single stand locations or mostly at very large outdoor strip malls. Indoor malls obviously are dead and if JCPenney doesn’t get to new locations, they’re going to be in real trouble. Their location at Gulf Mill is really good. They also carry a lot of really great clothes for teens or younger women. A lot of jeans and pants with what that I say are bellbottoms, but nowadays they say the word flare they also carry the Arizona Jean brand. Again such an underrated store. Their clearance area is unbelievable. What they do is they have an automatic system that tracks a price tag so once it’s in the store so long, even if they don’t move it to clearance or get moved to a different location it’s on clearance even if it doesn’t say clearance I was recently there and they have a brand that they carry for I guess men in their 20s so I know I’m buying two young clothes but it’s called stylist it’s I’m Shirts that are mostly not cotton but pretty cool solid colors I recently spotted one of their shirts and I think it was $39 but it was on sale for 18 and when I got to the cash register, it said five which is what happens but they also have a separate area that all of these five dollar items are in and it’s just amazing. Maybe there you won’t quite find the younger people’s clothing and then they still carry their brand St. John’s Bay, which would be more for men in the 40s 50s or 60s years old very stylish though.”

“This is a classic Macy's store, large with many departments, great selection of everything. Price point can be high, but they can have some amazing sales. Customer service is ok, this is definitely an area Macy's needs to improve on, especially for the kind of store they are. Another thing that was disappointing was the lack of maintenance, every Escalator was out of service. I do like Macy's, if they improve Customer service I will give them 4 stars.”

“I am a big fan of Macy's, especially the Backstage section. I always seem to find something to buy there, even if I'm not really looking for anything. They usually have some good bargains of you look hard enough. On this trip I found some cute Christmas hand towels. I also feel good because I supported a woman owned business. Macy's Backstage has discounted items from every section on the store.”

“You can find some branded clothes in a reasonable price, Also good for home improvement, Return policy is excellent, not necessary to go to same branch for returns you can return at any of their stores.”

“I just want to shout out an employee named Aldo. Very nice guy, he helped my elderly uncle bag his groceries since there is no cashier there on a register to scan items past a certain time I guess. But you guys should hire more employees like him!”

“I used to avoid this place because of the customer service, but now it’s one of my favorite places to visit. The staff are much more welcoming, especially Rusul, who is always friendly, helpful, and treats customers like friends. Great service—keep up the good work!”
