There is a nice selection of clothing, housewares, books, and more. Prices are often more affordable than other thrift stores. I love checking out the vintage linens to find affordable fabric for sewing projects.”

Also, most booths are beautifully decorated for the holiday season. During one visit, they were having a painting class. The room was full, and everyone seemed to be having a good time.”

“We purchased a light to go over our dining room table there. We were not sure exactly what we wanted as our ceiling was really high. They worked with us to pick out the a really nice piece and it was installed very quickly.There were some hicups during installation, but they worked with us and they were quickly resolved. The installer who has been with them forever was very professional and knowledgable.Now we have a new light that changes the entire room. We will use Jacobsons for our future business”

“I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right! We got the king size mattress up the stairs like professional movers.Thank you Donna for taking the time and sharing your wisdom in mattress moving and for an excellent customer experience.”

“Today I had the most lovely experience at Crate & Barrel at Northbrook Court. A special shoutout to Chris, Mary Lynn, and Olivia for amazing customer service and styling help. I came in with little direction and a short time frame (moving into apartment within 1 week). Everyone banded together to help me get set up for my first apartment. I left with a rendered layout of my apartment, all my furniture purchased, and all of my dining ware. I felt so heard throughout the whole process. We originally purchased the cal king and after re-measuring at ho.e, called the next day to change to order to an Eastern king. “I called this location after placing a couple of calls to the corporated customer number to get my issue resolved and I was blessed beyond measure to speak with the store manager, Mandy. She is an absolute gem! She took the time to understand my issue and looked into the system to find replacement parts and SKU numbers for my older model Sleep Number bed. She even went so far as to start the order for the parts I need and helped me discover the Inner Circle rewards area online so I can earn points toward future purchases. Mandy went above and beyond in her customer service and she is just the nicest person. I really appreciated all of my interactions with her. I will be writing a letter to corporate to tell them how wonderful she is!”

“This is a good place to shop. I'm a huge fan of their gap fit selection, their sales section is generous, and they always carry the newest and greatest items for the season. Employees are exceptional at being attentive and very courteous. They were so accommodating. Good place to stock up on daily wear items like tops and shorts. Nice prints and personally always like their fabric quality. I like how spacious it is and how most of the clothes are neatly organized. Employees are always tidying up. A very pleasant shopping experience all the time. I highly recommend this location.”

Bought a couple of glazed ceramic planters today (many similar planters to those pictured are currently marked down by 25%, just FYI). One kind staff member offered to push one of my carts for me because I was juggling my 2 year old. Also, saw <what I think> is a watchful Cooper’s Hawk sitting in a tree outside the parking lot. Happy day!”
