“I upgraded to a new phone that arrived in the mail. Upon arrival I started the transferring of all my files & mistakenly believed that I ordered a phone with less memory space than my old one. I went to the store to send it back for another one with more memory. After explaining why I was returning it they helped me to understand that it did in fact have more memory than my old phone but that I just needed to unload some apps & free up memory needed to transfer everything. I was then able to re-download the deleted apps. This was going to be a big headache for me because I really needed the new phone that weekend for pictures on a trip. I really appreciated their help.”
