“Service: great. Helpful, and willing to discuss any and all questions. Value: It's better to place phones all on one plan. Saves about $70 a month. Venue: I went to use the restroom and there were mouse poop dropping everywhere!!! Unsanitary! And by the drinking fountain there was clearly a mouse poop trap and a hat ever, but housekeeping has clearly let the poop go everywhere. This is seriously unsafe. Customer service is 4 stars. Mouse poop 0 stars.”

“I am the first person to complain about poor service - so please believe me when I say this store is FANTASTIC!! Every visit and interaction I’ve had with them has been A+. 6 months ago, I switched my Mom to my Xfinity mobile plan and they not only saved us a ton of money on cell service, they lowered her monthly home bill. Today, I came in because her internet had been slow and cutting out. Walked out with a new router and wireless DVR - we got them both set up in 30 min with NO trouble and had beautiful streaming and fast internet for hours. And her bill went down $3! I am truly SO impressed and grateful for such incredible service.”

She asked why we came and after telling her she explained our options and impacts which was very helpful. She estimated the wait time and happily it was less. The best part was she and one of the assistants Edwin went above and beyond assisting me by explaining features and functions on my phone and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this store under Karla's management.”
