“Aviv is awesome. My daughter rented a U-Haul truck to move into her apartment. All went well until I locked the keys in the truck. I called the next morning to explain this fact and he said he was able to use another key to get in and also that I had left the power on (to take a photo of odometer and gas gauge) but he jumped it and said we got lucky and all was good!
Anyways, I thought it was important to not only publicly thank Aviv but point out the effort he exercised to solve the problem. All without calling attention to himself or the extra effort he put into solving MY error! Made my smile after a strenuous moving day. Thank you Aviv!”

“I cannot thank this UPS Store enough! I was in the middle of prepping for an Open House and ran into a printing nightmare—another location had me waiting over 30 minutes before finally telling me their printers were down, leaving me with almost no options.
In a bit of a panic, I called this UPS Store, and Jenna was absolutely amazing. Even though it was last minute and a larger print job, she was so kind, friendly, and willing to get it done right away instead of making me wait until the next day. She went above and beyond when I needed it most.
That level of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate how Jenna saved me and my Open House. I’ve found my new go-to UPS Store!”

“I am a frequent UPS customer and visit different ones at different times depending on where life takes me that day and even in Chicago area. I have to say Lucas at this Downers Grove location went above and beyond and definitely exceeded my everyday expectations. No other location has provided the service and positive attitude that he displayed at this location. We live in a world of quick negative feedback to be shared and not enough positive feedback. I told Lucas I was leaving one, I keep my word. It felt great to walk into a business that values your business and wants you to walk out with a positive experience.”
“The staff is courteous and helpful. It is a busy location but they process your transactions quickly and get you on your way. We regularly ship with them because they always deliver packages on time. Besides shipping, my company uses their mailbox and shredding services. They also offer notary services and document printing and scanning.”
