“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”

“10/10 Stars!!! KJ Is awesome! I’ve been to numerous t-mobile locations. This one in Shorewood has the most friendliest and helpful staff, always. My Iphone was having some major issues and KJ did everything he could to get it back and running. KJ and another guy working also had a lobby full of customers come in right after I did, and were able to assist everyone in a timely manner. Favorite Location by far”

“Would highly recommend this Verizon store. I made changes to my plan and purchased 2 phones with a Verizon agent over the phone. I then needed to exchange one of the phones. I went to my local Verizon store and they told me to call corporate - then corporate told me I needed to go in store - I was going in circles. I happened upon this Verizon store and they were wonderful. Greeted me upon entering store. Itzel helped me and went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service! She gave me her card and told me I could come back to see her for the next step in my process. I returned to see Itzel but she was not in, so another rep helped me (Isiah, I believe) and he went above and beyond also. Setting up features for me - making what I had to do very easy for me. Felt very confident in his expertise. Customer service at this store is excellent!! Thank you for doing such a great job!”
“Had to make a return. Didn't know that you could make a reservation. We did wait for about 20 minutes. The man that assisted us gave us some clues if we ever had to do that again. You can UPS or make appointment. Nice guy”
