1110 S Main St, LombardAll American-made pet food and products. Super clean store. Very friendly staff and there's a new puppy ambassador! My elderly dog eats Stella and Chewy and this is a great place to buy it. It's not a cheap product, but American Tails keeps the prices as reasonable as possible.
After all of the Chinese and foreign-manufactured pet food melamine and ingredient scares, I was happy to find a store that is conscientious about the ingredients in its food and what they stock. I appreciate products made in America, particularly when that means they're safer for my pet.
There's a big selection of different brands of food and lines within those brands. There are also natural treats, like bully sticks and duck heads (duck heads!!!). I worry about the grocery store treats that look like extruded plastic and must have a million additives and unnatural flavors.

419 Crescent Blvd, LombardI want to give a big THANK YOU to Kim from the Groom Room. Kim has been grooming our Maggie (golden doodle) for almost a year. My family and I have always been impressed on how great Maggie looks after Kim grooms her. Kim's professionalism and customer service is exceptional and appreciated with the care and expertise she gives our Maggie. Earlier this week, Kim stayed with Maggie for an additional "hour and a half" after the Groom Room closed while I was dealing with the stress of work, and my wife stuck at the orthodontist with my daughter. I knew Maggie was in great hands with Kim (taking Maggie outside). Kim's patience, welcoming, and uplifting personality with merit customer service was greatly admired. Of course, I will be bringing Maggie back in the future to see Kim.

1300 S Main St, LombardWe just had our dog's teeth cleaned, and any procedure is more stressful to me than it is our dog! Aside from the clean facilities and promptness of our appointments, I really appreciated the constant communication by text before, during, and after her procedure. They were very accommodating with pick up schedules. We also had contact with the vet tech and the doc before and after the procedure. In the past at other vets, I felt that there were many hand offs and a lack of communication. Not here. I trust this place and the professionals that work there. I can't say my dog is less nervous, but I am!

We have two dogs that joined the family during the pandemic, and we were a little worried they weren't getting enough socialization with other dogs. We decided to check out Four Paws, and it was the best decision we've ever made! The staff is incredibly kind, super attentive, and definitely have a lot of love for the dogs they're working with. The day school at Four Paws is a great opportunity for our dogs to get some physical exercise and mental enrichment as they train and play with the staff and other dogs. In fact, one of our dogs has seemingly endless energy, and there have been a few times when we've picked her up from day school to find her so tuckered out that she falls asleep on the ride home! We love knowing that our dogs always have a blast when they're at Four Paws for the day, and it's even better knowing that they're being cared for by such an incredible staff!
