Kriser's Natural Pet
674 Roosevelt Rd, Glen EllynLinda was incredibly helpful. My dog was having some stomach issues and I was looking into some fiber and probiotic supplements. She took time to help explain what I was looking for and gave me an immense amount of insight and advice. She was super friendly, really made my experience enjoyable and made me feel better. I think I was in the store for 30 minutes just talking with her and picking her brain. I don't live in the area, but I would travel to this store just because of Linda.

The staff here stayed patient and talked softly to her the entire time instead of getting frustrated. Her haircut turned out really even, and they left the ears slightly longer exactly how I requested. Pickup took about ten minutes longer than expected because another dog needed extra attention, but they explained the delay clearly. Honestly, I’d rather they take their time than rush through nervous pets.

Woofbeach Cove
462 N Park Blvd Ste 100, Glen EllynTejah did such an amazing job grooming our dog, Archie, for the first time today! She’s a new groomer at this location, and we were so impressed. Archie has a lot of anxiety, but she worked with him so patiently and gently. His haircut turned out great — she went nice and short just like we requested. The best part was seeing how happy and comfortable he was when we picked him up… he was even giving her big doggy licks! You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she works with. We’ll definitely be back to see Tejah again!

I would like to share a specific event that stuck with me and shows the heart of everyone at GEAH:
—3 years ago when one of my cats was *very* sick and had to stay overnight, one of the staff (I don’t remember who, I’m so sorry!!) took pictures of my baby and sent them to us so that we could still see her even though we couldn’t physically be with her. When my cat eventually died from her illness, the staff sent us a sympathy card— which is nice in and of itself, but the thing that touched my heart the most was seeing the GEAH staff write that they could tell that we took excellent care of our cats and loved them very much. Anyone who has lost a beloved pet will understand the guilt and the “what-if”s that stay with you for a long time, and getting that card did more to heal my broken heart than they probably realize.

530 Crescent Blvd A, Glen EllynWe walked in and it smelled musky/sewage-y. But I've been coming here for 20 years so I know it's fine but they should get whatever was happening under control.
Anyhow, I love their soups, I find them rich & delicious. I regularly get the Tom Kha Kai and one of the curry soups.
Not this last time but I've also had the Pad Thai, Satay, cucumber salad, Cashew Stir Fry and others. I always find them to be good and consistent.
I like the atmosphere (except that odor this recent trip). The location is good, I never have trouble parking and while I may not park right out front, the town is charming so a block or two is good for the circulation and easy enough to wander over here.
I've never been upstairs. Do they serve up there? What happens up there?

539 W Roosevelt Rd #1003, Glen EllynThe entire process of adopting an Irish retired racing greyhound was wonderful. GO has also become a valued resource. My gentle soul companion had such a great start with his foster parents too! It could not have been better. Thank you, Greyhound Only volunteers for helping me find my best friend! Highly recommend this group and the breed itself.
