So I went home and emptied my car and came back but unfortunately it didn’t fit. So Jeremy made things right and got me a killer deal on a better mattress and that one fit in my car. “In the book, Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell speaks about working 10,000 hours in one's craft, in order to be deemed an expert. Some folks are disputing this but think about it, do you want the pilot of your plane on your trans-Pacific flight with 100 hours of flight experience?? Or do you want the person with 10,000 hours?? Speaking of pilots, the pilot light in my gas fireplace kept going out and it kept going out when outside temperatures went below 25F. That's right, it went out when you needed it most. So after firing up the pilot light manually for seemingly over two Winters, I said to myself, this is insanity. So I used Yelp to conduct a comparative analysis and called four fireplace companies. Here were the outcomes of those calls: - one company does not fix gas fireplaces. - the second company made me leave a message and it took the guy like 3 days to call back and he had an attitude like he was disgruntled from the get-go (meaning from the onset). - the third company wanted to charge a service call for diagnosing the problem and couldn't comment on the overall costs. - the fourth company was Hearth & Home and Pat (who turned out to be the owner) was a straight shooter (meaning forthcoming with details). Pat asked the year, make, model, serial number of my gas fireplace. He listened to me about my fireplace's symptoms and gave me a likely diagnosis and projected costs of the part and service. I had a very good feeling about his Integrity and thought the cost was reasonable. The appointment was booked and weeks later, Mike came as scheduled. Mike has 10 years experience and although he huffed and puffed here and there while fixing it, I had no doubt that with his expertise (10,000 hours) we would be up and running in no time. And that's what happened, my fireplace got fixed, within budget and right in time for me to make it to the Yelpies event last week!! Thank you Pat, Mike and H&H for this professional experience. Otherwise I would have missed that great event by Kesha and Celeste!!”

He had us keep trying beds until we found the perfect one. 10/10 would recommend this store if you want a new bed.”

“Had an easy experience buying a mattress here from Chris. I decided after a couple of “Amizon” inflat-a-foam mattresses I wanted to go back to springs (pocket springs). I’m kinda tired of all memory foam. Know going in that mattresses at different stores will look different and have different names. Best to go on manufacturers websites, decide what you think you want, then go to the store and if you like one, purchase it there if you have a good sales person. I think I got a Sealy Posturepedic or similar. (I got a Sealy Banstead). Delivery scheduling is great, they text and call and they were right on time. I was delivered what I ordered, no bait-n-switch silliness. All went well!”

Kim was very helpful and knowledgable into helping us find the perfect couch. So helpful, in fact, that my fiancé was also able to find a recliner for himself for the family room as well! “I bought a custom ottoman that was just too big and it has a specific leg structure which isn’t standard. I reached out to a few companies but decided to go with Brother’s because the pricing was exactly what it should be. Val’s communication was great, I’m hard to get a reach of during the day so his team would leave me voicemails and he would follow up with emails. The ottoman was cut down on all sides and the legs.. perfect. Plus they picked it up and dropped it off for me. Brother’s is amazing, highly recommend. Thank you Val and team!”
