“Went at the recommendation of my physical therapist to get new walking shoes. I broke my ankle 5 months ago, have swelling from edema & used to have plantar fasciitis so I wanted expert attention to get the right shoe. I was greeted right away and helped very professionally by Gia. The “Albert” scale demonstrated the shape of my foot and arch, I walked on the treadmill which they recorded and viewed to understand my gait - then she lent me socks & suggested four different shoes. All were comfortable and stylish. I bought my favorite pair & ended up getting a few pairs of the socks. A little on the pricey side but so worth the cost of getting the right fit with a thorough measurement system. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“Marissa was absolutely wonderful. My 6yo daughter has exceptionally high sensory feelings on the top of her feet. It's extremely hard to buy shoes for her. Even brands that offer Wide Width don't always miss that zone on the top of the foot by the toes and she just can't wear them. Vans collaborated with Kpop Demon Hunters and my kids wanted them sooo bad.
Was able to get their sizes and when I brought them home .... Like I feared, she wouldn't be able to wear them. I went back to the store to return them with daughter in hand to try on other shoes praying we could find something that she would be able to wear.
I explained my concern to Marissa and she absolutely understood and patiently went through box after box after box after box with not even a hint of frustration (a pure Saint). She found a high top that was even in the Kpop DH collection in a different size to give her that extra wiggle room (Thank you @Vans for being one of the few brands to offer 1/2 sizes) and that smile my daughter had when they fit and were comfortable is the reason us parents will go out of the way for. That smile was everything! Thank you, Marissa for having such patience and understanding with the dedication to help us get a pair of shoes today. It meant the world to me!”
“I got there at 6:45 pm and they stay past their closing time. They did not rush me at all we finished at 7:20 pm. I thought they closed at 8 pm. But they close at 7 pm. That is great customer service. Thank You staff.”

They helped me find pieces I love and best of all can wear again and again over the summer. They even helped me choose jewelry to complete my outfit. “Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

“I came to this Anthropologie with 8 days before my wedding (yes, it was a VERY fast turnaround wedding) with my mom and both of my sisters. I wasn't looking for a "wedding dress" per se, was looking for an awesome sequins dress. Myself, my mom and both of my sisters each found the perfect dress that evening. And we couldn't have done it without the amazing crew at this Anthropologie. Not only did they make this shopping experience so fun, but they were helping bringing us all the dresses they had, and overnighting a particular dress - only ONE left in the entire country. “I lost the bottom of the heel on one of my favorite boots. I came in Saturday they gave me a ticket and said come back Wednesday. I came back picked them up and they were perfect.
