“Great little family owned shoe store, took my mom which has abnormal feet (size 10 W, not just any Wide will do ?) & they were so attentive, helpful & friendly. ✅ Example: they asked what kind of shoe is she looking for & what size, then they kept bringing shoes out to her, for her to try on! Then when she found one, it was actually a bit tight but they actually made it wider (just for her! ?) because it's leather & can be widen out. I didn't even know they could do that! At the end, she did ended up buying them, she has been looking for shoes for more than 6 years, I'm so glad that the 1st time coming here. We found what were looking for & it only took the right place to go to; find that the shoe fits.”

Super cute clothes, clothes for Bachelorettes also, nice summer dresses and tops. Been there a few times and always have to get something. Great sale on body mist/room fragrance, the pink one called Sanctuary is my favorite and got 3 for 30!”

“After being told by a “manager” at another location that this store had the item we were looking for in stock, we got there to them not having that item at all. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. “I came to this Anthropologie with 8 days before my wedding (yes, it was a VERY fast turnaround wedding) with my mom and both of my sisters. I wasn't looking for a "wedding dress" per se, was looking for an awesome sequins dress. Myself, my mom and both of my sisters each found the perfect dress that evening. And we couldn't have done it without the amazing crew at this Anthropologie. Not only did they make this shopping experience so fun, but they were helping bringing us all the dresses they had, and overnighting a particular dress - only ONE left in the entire country. “It's DSW, so obviously the selection is massive! It can be quite overwhelming if you don't know what you're looking for, so it was a good think I had a game plan before arriving. I was in search of a "dressy, stylish, yet comfortable" walking shoe that would match all my outfits for a summer trip. As usual, DWS delivered! The staff here is super nice and helpful, they didn't have my size on the floor and they were able to locate it in the back room. When I went to checkout and told them my hesitancy about buying shoes in Illinois when I was from NY, they were immediately understanding and called the NYC store and helped secure a pair of shoes back home for me! They even extended the discount across states!! I love DSW Schaumburg and am always happy to visit when I'm in town. Also, those prices can't be beat - what a deal!”
