“Putting blind trust in strangers to access your storage unit and drive your items to another state is more anxiety inducing than I anticipated. That said Bill's took care of us. Thank you so much for clearing out our storage unit, storing it overnight, and delivering everything safely across state lines. Saving us from driving multiple uhuals through Chicago is a blessing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have not unpacked everything but from what I can see nothing was improperly handled. The one and only big mirror we brought even made it in once piece. That's a win. Thank you.”
“I have dealt with this company since the merger of Life Storage and Cube Storage. Now that the existing company is Extra Storage, I have encountered some deficiencies of service, such as pricing and lack of dollies and dumpers. I must acknowledge, though, that their employees constantly assist in making sure the transactions are successful, which is why I still patronize their company. “Ferree Movers helped my mom with a major move from her place in Crown Point this weekend. I can't say enough good things about the crew that came to move her. We spent the day with Mark, Kevin, and Rowan, and they worked SO HARD and were a pleasure to spend the day with! They were so professional and careful with my mom's things and never stopped working all day! They were so patient with my mom and were so kind and respectful! They treated her like a queen the whole day, asking her questions about what and where she wanted things and making the experience as easy as possible for her. The three of them worked so well together and just never stopped the whole day. I was am thankful for the work they did! “Plublic storage in Lansing is very convenient for me. I called before going to that location and was very satisfied. They are very polite and have good customer service. The location is very clean and well kept. I just wish I knew in advance about the insurance and fee for lock that they automatically charge you for because I have my own lock and I could have gotten my own insurance.”

“Rented with them from 2021 to 2025. I have nothing but great things to say about them. The office keeps you in the loop via email so you know exactly what’s going on with the facility which is great. Whenever there has been any issues at the facility or anything going on, we were informed immediately. Office staff is very friendly and very timely with requests. If I could rent here forever, I would, but sadly my time has come to an end. 10/10 would recommend.”
