Bathroom was Extra clean just in case you have to go. Was nice and climate controlled as stated I'm sure I will have a better experience here then I've had with Public Storage and I Storage.”

They were understandably the best.
One drawback it was a little hard getting ahold of a person but other than that we were really satisfied and would recommend them and use them again if we need to.”

Thank you so much for clearing out our storage unit, storing it overnight, and delivering everything safely across state lines. Saving us from driving multiple uhuals through Chicago is a blessing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have not unpacked everything but from what I can see nothing was improperly handled. The one and only big mirror we brought even made it in once piece. “Ferree Movers helped my mom with a major move from her place in Crown Point this weekend. I can't say enough good things about the crew that came to move her. We spent the day with Mark, Kevin, and Rowan, and they worked SO HARD and were a pleasure to spend the day with! They were so professional and careful with my mom's things and never stopped working all day! They were so patient with my mom and were so kind and respectful! They treated her like a queen the whole day, asking her questions about what and where she wanted things and making the experience as easy as possible for her. The three of them worked so well together and just never stopped the whole day. I was am thankful for the work they did! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ferree Movers to anyone looking for a great moving company!”

“Plublic storage in Lansing is very convenient for me. I called before going to that location and was very satisfied. They are very polite and have good customer service. The location is very clean and well kept. I just wish I knew in advance about the insurance and fee for lock that they automatically charge you for because I have my own lock and I could have gotten my own insurance.”
