Prior to that she explained all of our options to help us decide which phone and package to choose. I have Resound hearing aids and got a Samsung 26. It took 24 hours to successfully pair up my hearing aids with the phone. Just an FYI to other Resound Hearing Aid wearers.”

As brand new customers to your company, I am thrilled to say my first in person encounter was with Kyle C. and let me tell you, if I could give this young man 10+ stars, I would!! What a joy it was to work with him. He was smart, kind, professional, patient, and a wonderful personality for this position! He made me even more glad we left AT&T! We now have 2 phone lines and home internet, all set up thanks again, to Kyle! This young man deserves a raise in my opinion and should be training others in customer service too! “Visited Verizon today to buy a new phone. Couldn't be more happy with how the whole purchase went. I can't say enough positive things about this place and especially the employee who helped us through the entire process Hayden. This young man was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful and kind. I'm not real tech savvy but Hayden not only gave us a good deal but transferred the phones seamlessly and seemed like a genuinely good person who was pleasant to be around. A special thank you as well to his manager Ant who went out of his way for us waiving a fee for us and was also very knowledgeable and personable and again was a very genuinely good person who was very nice as well. He stepped in and took over our account when our original representative was out and we were preparing to leave for vacation. Additionally, we were dealing with a major error related to our phone service switch. Noah immediately took ownership of the situation, thoroughly corrected all the issues, and ensured everything was handled properly from start to finish.
What truly set him apart was his dedication, he stayed after hours to make sure our phones were ready and personally delivered them to us before we left for our vacation.
