“Woke up this morning to an unexpected flat tire -- we live down the road from them, so called and they said to come right in. Really great prices, friendly service, and a quick repair. We got a used tire, that they can only take cash for -- which we did not have. We were going to walk to the store while it was repaired, but they told us to wait for it to be done to get the cash so we didn't have to walk which was really nice. Have some upcoming repairs that need to be done, and will be coming back and recommending to family. Thank you J&N!”

We took my 2007 Saturn in due to the engine jolting and they were able to figure out the problem right away as well as let us know we were in need of new tires. They replaced our tires at a very reasonable price and fixed the original issue which turned out to be the housing for the air system. I was a bit paranoid about a week after they changed our tires so I asked if they could just look it over to make sure everything seemed ok since I was experiencing some vibration. Jean was kind enough to take it for a test drive and determined that the tires were in fact okay and balanced. It was so very kind of them to take time out of their schedule to re assure me I have never had this kind of customer service at any other mechanic. This was the third time since owning my car that I have taken it to them and I refuse to go anywhere else they are the best mechanics in the area. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you think driven you guys deserve every 5-star review and every customer you get!”

“Excellent diagnosis and work at a fair price. My 2006 Cadillac STS with 115,000 miles would make a clicking noise when trying to start. It would usually start on the fourth attempt. Garlisch replaced the starter and now it always starts the first time. Very satisfied!”
