“I am a little bit overdue for this review, but it's extremely important that I voice my feelings, which I hope are read, and rewarded by Sheen ??? the Northlake Store Manager. I had a flooring project, which started off on a bad note, mostly my fault, but was then corrected by Debbie from the Flooring Department, who did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me to get it back on track. She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. I can't say enough good things about her, and hope that she gets recognized accordingly. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. All these ladies are the reason that I, and hopefully thousands others, will do business with your store, because they truly make a difference, which I know is the reason that I will remain a committed customer. “Vanessa was very helpful when I had to return my products, there were 3 other people at the return desk but she was the only one taking care of the 3 people who were waiting to return their items. The other people did not do much and Vanessa was easy to talk to and did not have any problems with my return, it was easy to find it with my credit card.
As for picking up my products, the application made it easy to find them since it showed me on where exactly they were in the store. Nobody else offered to help even at checkout but I did not need any help so I was ok on this visit.

“Let me explain why this Hope Depot got 4 stars. I have shopped at many Home Depots and usually find them to be 3 stars, I find the shopping experience average and its a Home improvement store. But my experience at this Home Depot was better than the others, as I walked around the store I was asked a total of 5 times if I needed any assistance and when I checked out I was greated and help by a very friendly cashier. So although this Home Depot is typical in its selection, layout, pretty much everyway, this particular store excelled in customer service. Shout out to the store manager for having your team be so attentive and helpful, they are doing a great job.”
