“Great store. Everyone is friendly. Great selection. Nice clothes. I still shop there but only for certain things and for sale items. Their prices have gotten out of hand. When they first opened, they had great prices and great style in clothes. Their prices went up, and their sales in clothes stink. I shop online now and there are great prices and great styles. The people that work there are so rude and have no manners.”

She took the time to listen to my concerns and did the research to validate the charge and resolve it quickly. There are not many managers today that would invest the time and effort, but she did.”
“This experience at Kohl's was much better than any experience. I've ever had at Kohl's in the past. The store was remodeled. Everything was neat and clean and easy to find. I had an exceptional lady. Check me out and help me to get a savings of over $500 on my purchase. By simply opening up a Kohl's credit card. Everyone on the staff was needs. Friendly kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Kohl's location to family and friends and I will definitely be returning again very soon.”

“This is the cleanest and most organized TJ Maxx I have ever seen. It is by far my favorite TJ Maxx. My first time shopping at this location was last week and I came back today and it was still organized and clean. Mind you it is December 11th and holiday season. The bathrooms are even immaculate. These employees need a raise.”

From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and genuinely helpful. What stood out to me most was their product knowledge. They really know their stuff — fabrics, fit, brands, what works best for certain occasions — and they explained everything in a way that made sense without overcomplicating it. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a while and actually care about what they’re recommending.
At the same time, they were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure, no pushy sales energy — just real guidance and good conversation. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, which isn’t always easy to find in retail.
It’s rare to come across a team that combines experience, expertise, and genuine kindness the way they do. Macy’s in Orland Park is lucky to have them.”

“The Ross had some nice Jewelry ?? and the staff who rung us out was super friendly, helpful, and despite the long line at the cashier lane…she managed to get the jewelry and ring us out at an efficient manner. It seemed like she was the only employee in the store. I hope ? Ross appreciates her as the employee of the month.
We didn’t find that much of a selection in their clothes or candles ?️ section. I don’t know if it was just the wrong day of the week, they just didn’t have that much to go through.

“I recently went to Kohls to return a microwave oven. Since it was heavy I walked into store and saw an associate named Adrian(spelling?) I asked him to get me a cart as I couldn't carry it by myself. He not only accompanied me to my car but carried the microwave up to second floor where return desk is located. Remarkable young man. Employees like him make you want to shop at your store for everything!”
“My adult daughter and had outstanding customer service in the baby section at Target a few days ago. We were probably looking perplexed, when a young man approached and asked if we needed help. We said yes and he went out of his way to assist us. He was pleasant and made sure all our needs were met.
At the register, the cashier was equally pleasant and asked if we found everything OK. She checked us out, carefully bagged our items and told us to have a pleasant evening with a warm smile on her face. The interactions with the two Tinley Park Target employees made us feel really appreciated.”
“All I have to say is the manager at this store is amazing wonderful customer service experience her name is Kendra and she helped me out with the mix-up with some gym shoes I purchased. She was so above and beyond in her assistant that she even drove out to my work location to pick up the mismatch shoes and then also had the correct ones FedEx dto my home. Needless to say I was extremely appreciative and wanted to make sure she is acknowledged.”
“Bought an Apple laptop computer, the sales person was informative, well spoken, easy to understand the differences between the options... they have 0% finance options for a time period or money off on a large purchase like that right up front that you choose. It only took about 30 minutes total”

“I received good customer service. The prices on most of the merchandise are pretty good. I didn't have to wait in line for long. There were a few shoes on the floor and a chair in one of the aisles but overall this location was very clean and organized. I had a quiet and peaceful shopping experience. I would definitely visit again.”
“My product was on sale. Charged me the non sale price. Noticed that when I got to my residence. Had to run back to get a refund on price difference. Mentioned to them it's frustrating due to there register not recognizing accurate pricing and my time is more important than there's.”

“The employees at the Lemont Homegoods are very helpful and friendly, which is not the case for some of the other locations, so kudos to the Lemont staff!! The store is very clean and well organized. The reason I didn't give it four stars is really a complaint against all the Homegoods stores now, not this location in particular. I have noticed that all the stores are cramming so much more inventory in the past few years that the shopping experience has become less enjoyable and more confusing. The inability to move your cart through the aisles, crowded sections, and products falling all around you is overwhelming and I spend much less time browsing (and less purchasing) especially on crowded days. Honestly, I love my dog and pets in general, but do we really need 3 + aisles devoted to pet goods? I love Homegoods and have for many years, but I find myself avoiding going there more and more.”
“The Talbots in Orland Park Crossing always have clothing I like. They have friendly salespeople especially my favorites Darlene and Jackie. They always are helpful and tell me about future events and special sales. The store always is neat looking and the windows are styled to invite you in. The salesgirls definitely need a raise for the wonderful personalities and this brings in customers. I tell my friends to shop here because they will be treated kindly and they will assist you with any of your needs. I have been shopping here for a long time but please recognize Darlene and Jackie especially because they make my day. My married name is Patti McGlynn now so I hope this post correctly. Kudos to your Orland Park store and sales girls!”

The Lane Bryant shooting was an incident of mass murder and armed robbery at a Lane Bryant clothing outlet in the Brookside Marketplace in Tinley Park, Illinois,, that occurred on February 2, 2008. The shooting resulted in five people killed and a sixth injured.
Respect to the victims and their loved ones. This dude was well connected and that aided in him never being brought to justice.
Make a memorial to honor the victims don't pretend this never happened.

“Customer service is excellent, the optical department is excellent and convenient. Lisa that works in optical goes above and beyond to make sure any discounts that are allowed are applied.One of the main reasons I shop this location is because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Lil is an excellent manager and is a very hard worker. I see her helping with carts, pickup orders and pull up orders. She deserves a raise. Just FYI.One complaint is that they don't carry as much merchandise as other Target's so sometimes it's hit or miss on finding what you are in need of. Example. I need a black purse a few months back and there were only about 3 styles to choose from. Kohl's next door had even less of a selection. ?”
“Just wanted to leave this review on my experience with Iris who works in the make up/beauty department (not sure what it’s called). I’ve struggled to find my shade for the past 8 years, I’ve gone to Sephora, Ulta, bought and tried many different foundations and could never find the right shade. Iris immediately recommended a good foundation based off the one I’ve used for many years, i honestly wasn’t really going to buy anything but she was so sweet and very helpful I couldn’t help but buy what she offered! Which by the way was the PERFECT shade for me. She even helped me find the exact shade of lipstick I was looking for for months. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a good experience with customer service and I’m so glad I got to meet her! I highly recommend going to her for any make up questions and I hope she’s still there when I return for a restock and some new goodies :)”
