“I had a slight issue with my online pickup order due to an unfulfilled item that voided my manufacturer’s coupon ($15.00). Because the discount couldn’t be applied, I ultimately decided to cancel the order and request a refund.
The employee in charge of the online pickup service yesterday was absolutely wonderful. She handled my refund gladly, professionally, and with a great attitude. I felt terrible making them restock the items, but she made me feel valued as a customer anyway.”
“Seriously, it's a hidden gem. Like home Depot, but better organized. Staff was always available (cough HD not) for each of my visits. You can order online and pickup or delivery. I even had a problem with an item description. It was manufacturers fault, I didn't know. The store manager told me what to do to help me get what the advertisement promised, and it worked. Literally $200 difference. Good prices, more of a selection than you'd think.”
“The people here were the nicest people out of any Kohl's in the world. I was running into grab shoes quick because my kid left them in a different state and had a tournament up the road. I lost my key fob while shopping and somehow they tracked it down. Phew. Great staff.”

“This is the cleanest and most organized TJ Maxx I have ever seen. It is by far my favorite TJ Maxx. My first time shopping at this location was last week and I came back today and it was still organized and clean. Mind you it is December 11th and holiday season. The bathrooms are even immaculate. These employees need a raise.”

And, even as late as 9 pm they had four lanes staffed with professional checkers(& they needed it!)

“I had an excellent experience at Best Buy located at 15854 S La Grange Rd, Orland Park, IL, and wanted to recognize several outstanding employees who made my visit both productive and enjoyable.
First, I want to thank Judy for her exceptional service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right products for my needs. Judy helped me select a fantastic coffee maker along with several other items, taking the time to explain different options and answer my questions. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly attitude made the entire shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond.
I would also like to recognize Aaron, who assisted me with selecting a monitor for my office setup. He was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. His recommendations were thoughtful and helped me make a confident purchasing decision.
Amanda was another employee who stood out during my visit. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. It's always refreshing to interact with someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, and Amanda certainly made a positive impression.
A special thank you as well to Motez, who helped me evaluate dedicated storage solutions for both my office and mobile work needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire decision-making process. His expertise helped me find solutions that fit both my professional and personal requirements.
Finally, I would like to recognize Kaniyah, who welcomed me when I arrived and pointed me in the right direction. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist immediately created a positive first impression of the store.
What impressed me most about this Best Buy location was the teamwork and customer-focused attitude demonstrated by everyone I interacted with. Every employee I encountered was professional, approachable, and willing to help. In today's retail environment, that level of customer service deserves recognition.

“The Talbots in Orland Park Crossing always have clothing I like. They have friendly salespeople especially my favorites Darlene and Jackie. They always are helpful and tell me about future events and special sales. The store always is neat looking and the windows are styled to invite you in. The salesgirls definitely need a raise for the wonderful personalities and this brings in customers. I tell my friends to shop here because they will be treated kindly and they will assist you with any of your needs. I have been shopping here for a long time but please recognize Darlene and Jackie especially because they make my day. My married name is Patti McGlynn now so I hope this post correctly. “Just wanted to leave this review on my experience with Iris who works in the make up/beauty department (not sure what it’s called). I’ve struggled to find my shade for the past 8 years, I’ve gone to Sephora, Ulta, bought and tried many different foundations and could never find the right shade. Iris immediately recommended a good foundation based off the one I’ve used for many years, i honestly wasn’t really going to buy anything but she was so sweet and very helpful I couldn’t help but buy what she offered! Which by the way was the PERFECT shade for me. She even helped me find the exact shade of lipstick I was looking for for months. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had a good experience with customer service and I’m so glad I got to meet her! I highly recommend going to her for any make up questions and I hope she’s still there when I return for a restock and some new goodies :)”

The Lane Bryant shooting was an incident of mass murder and armed robbery at a Lane Bryant clothing outlet in the Brookside Marketplace in Tinley Park, Illinois,, that occurred on February 2, 2008. The shooting resulted in five people killed and a sixth injured.
Respect to the victims and their loved ones. This dude was well connected and that aided in him never being brought to justice.
Make a memorial to honor the victims don't pretend this never happened.
