“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!”
