“This advia branch is impeccable! I was so thrilled that I found a branch closer to where I live. I used to have to make a long drive to use their services. They are all so friendly and hospitable at this branch. I have had many questions about my financial situation and the many sleepless nights that I have had worrying, and the folks at this branch came to the rescue! All the tellers are so friendly and knowledgeable about how to help you with your needs. I was in a pickle about a week ago with needing a loan fast for some debt that I owed and they came up with a solution for me that helped me pay back the money that i owed to a collections agency. I am grateful to say that I am on my way to being out of debt and I have advia riverwoods to thank. Mike the branch manager is a great guy and he is very accommodating for any financial situation. He will work with you to find the solution that is right for you and your family. The rest of the staff are all wonderful and very friendly as well. If not go to the Navy Federal in Gurnee. There is also a Navy Federal ATM located at the Navy exchange on Green Bay road if you do not need to go inside.” At the golf location and spoke with the manager. Need to change the status to permanent closed.”

“I recently had a fantastic experience working with Morgan Schmitt from BCU, helping me refinance a car. I received very quick and knowledgeable responses, and she answered all my questions. Halfway through the process, communication went downhill, and it took me a while to get updated documents. I'm not sure why, but she seemed to have some urgent matters to attend to, but she eventually got everything sorted out. Communication could have been a little better midway through, but perhaps she had a family or work emergency. I won't judge; it happens to anyone. Overall I received a good service and got what I needed. I like BCU for their client oriented business.”

“I've been using BCU for 5 or so years and haven't had any issues with them.
Mortgage, Car Loans, Student Loans, bank account. No financial institution is perfect. But at least they aren't robbing me blind with balance fees, transfer fees, atm fees like Chase does.
Currently I give them 5 Stars, but that could easily change.”

“I have been banking with Consumer Credit Union for 40 years. Never had any problems with my accounts or loans. Especially when my account got hacked back on 2016. And all my funds were stolen. They return all my money while they did an investigation. Didn't have wait long for the funds to be deposited back into my accounts. The bank tellers are polite and good customer service. I highly recommend this bank for your banking needs.”
