“I went here on a whim and made my first big purchases for my new condo. First time moving out isn’t easy but they made it easy! I had such a positive experience with the whole staff there - even the delivery guys! The first couch I purchased didnt fit through the entrance. The delivery guys tried their best but it was too big. Thankfully he called right away and told me they had 2 smaller ones to look at. I got my new couch the next day and it’s perfect. Was so curious to see if there truly was absolutely no salesperson in the store, and there wasn’t! My partner and I spent one hour, all by ourselves in the store, trying out many of the mattresses. Only way to know if you’ll love a mattress is to lie on it in our opinion.
Found one we loved, came home and ordered it very easily online. Communication about delivery was excellent. Ordered on a Sunday night, delivered early Tuesday. Set up by a very nice and efficient crew of 2. Highly recommended!”

“I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right! We got the king size mattress up the stairs like professional movers.Thank you Donna for taking the time and sharing your wisdom in mattress moving and for an excellent customer experience.”

I told him the mattress was great, but I forgot to request having my old boxspring and mattress hauled away.
