Bowie is too hyper and the thought of him in a room with other dogs getting groomed gives me a little anxiety so to get to pass him off at the front door to Tonya truly has been a blessing for the last couple years for us and we could not be happier! Kathy and Gayle are GREAT with our pup and respectful of our home. They even leave a little note to let you know how your dog did and send a picture during their visit. Scheduling and billing is very simple, communication is great, and pricing is fair. So far, our experience has been far superior to daycare and we'd highly recommend!

Bonnie (owner) and April (dog walker) have been exceptional! April met my furbaby and I prior to his first walk to explain the process and make sure she had a meet and greet with him. Communication is great and I am 100% comfortable knowing my little man is in great hands with April. I get pictures and a text update with every walk and truly gives me peace of mind. Oakley is more than a handful - very skittish, was never socialized - the typical COVID dog. We took her to stay with Chris while we were on vacation for 11 days and she came home a completely different dog! She was socialized with different dogs and was able to see how "dogs should be". She is now sure of herself, not nearly as skittish and is so much happier. I cannot say enough great things about the care and attention Chris gives each and every one of the dogs she cares for. You use a kiosk to order, maybe this is my fault but I asked for my drink to be no ice but it felt pretty hot? I assumed no ice would be room temperature not hot but worker re made it for me pretty fast. I tried using my visa to swipe but it didn’t work, apple pay and chip works though. Place is clean and there’s seasonal teddy bear cups you can get. Kiosk will ask you to tip even though staff doesn’t really talk to you. I got the Taro milk tea and it wasn’t my personal favorite but I probably just don’t like Taro. Friend got a Mango passion fruit jasmine green tea with 50% sugar and Mango Jelly. I personally liked hers a lot better and will probably order that when I go to Uni Uni in Chicago this weekend.
Friend doesn’t like a lot of sugar, so she still thought that the 50% was too much sugar. To me, as someone who likes sugar, it was really sweet even for 50% but it was the perfect sugar level for me.
Overall pretty good, would probably come back but would order something different.
