They document everything and take pictures for you to understand better. If you are paid in advance you can arrange after hours pick up for them to leave the car available. issues are addressed if any happen to arise but honestly we haven't really had any. overall we reccommend them to everyone in the area!”
“Today is a day I will never forget. I met an amazing human being in Mr. Lee Hogan. Came outside on my lunch break and noticed my tire was completely flat. Looked up tire shops in the area and Tire Service was the closest to me. Mr. Lee immediately fixed the issue and got me back to work in no time. The Blessing was just having a conversation with him talking about life. He is a very kind person that takes great care of his customers. “I had been without my car for 6 weeks due to my axle breaking down. I had someone from another shop install the axle and my car was still not drivable. I decided to come to Norwood Auto Service because it was down the block from me and I wouldn’t have to drive my car far. They did a full inspection on my car and sent me a text with EVERYTHING that was wrong with it along with pictures to back it up. I was so impressed by the pictures and detailed commentary. They’re not pushy at all with services which is a huge plus for me since I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. They also told me that the shop that I went to put in the wrong axle for my car which is why my car was still not drivable. They were able to order the correct axle and fix my car completely SAME DAY. Mind you, Eric called me throughout the day to give me updates. The service was just all around stress free for me and I’m very grateful for Eric, who I believe is the manager. They won a customer for life going forward and will forever recommend them. Got in right away (got lucky...they are usually very busy), not only fixed the tire, but double checked them all to find I had overfilled them all.Manager was outstanding & very knowledgeable. “Took my car here for brakes and rotor replacement after reading so many great reviews, and I am so glad that I did! The manager also was SO nice and helpful. He explained everything fully to me and the price for pads rotors and a fluid flush was less/ about what I expected. With full replacements, I know it’s going to be up there but was prepared to pay it. The exceptional part is that they were SO fast with getting the service done. I expected to wait much longer and was pleasantly surprised to pick up much sooner than anticipated. Thank you, Leo and your crew :)”

“After countless potholes my Aluminum Alloy wheel cracked and would not hold air. They got me right in even though they were busy. Put my emergency tire on, then they mounted my tire on a spare wheel that I brought to them the following morning. All wheels were checked out. “This just tires is amazing! I brought in my Audi Rs3 ( mind you I have a hard time trusting shops with my car ). I brought in my Audi for a wheel alignment + wheel mounting. My cousin Hermiz Sawa was off so he recommend he 2 of his co workers ( ONEL and ULY) these guys did a great job of properly mounting the wheels and making my alignment straight.
