Gail treated my bargain purchase as tho it could have been a room of full price furniture, i.e., so attentive, courteous and kind. “I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. These guys are the best! I purchased a fireplace insert from H&H and initially had issues with its operation, (it was a new design) Ed felt they were important enough to put me in touch with the manufacturer. Who listened and actually modified the design for their inserts going forward. They retrofitted my unit and it made such a huge difference.
None of that would have happened if Ed hadn’t taken the time to make sure that the customer was happy. I can’t endorse them enough.”
